Having spent twenty-three years of my surprisingly unproductive life cruising the lifestream, I've learned many things.

1. Set aside a generous amount of cash to purchase a mini-fridge in apartment living situations. Roommates will forget where the kitchen is located whenever they purchase their own groceries, but will suddenly remember when you stock your own.

2. No matter how much money you may be accruing due to your financial situation, always save change. Apartment complexes don't normally come with washers and dryers. So yeah, save change for laundry but then spend all of it on Cherry Cokes at the machine overlooking the laundry office and then complain that you never have any clean clothes.

3. Don't connect that one fan wire in that one socket, your PC will catch fire.

4. Buy a screwdriver and a vacuum cleaner. Then freak out when you realize that they're both the same color. (Like I just did)

5. You should probably plan out more than four items before making a list detailing what you've learned.

So...hi! I'm Zatchara! Or a more socially acceptable alternative is Zach. I'm twenty-three, somewhat resemble the situation of that individual up there and have paused more times while filling out this section than I have for a chess match (I can't play, so I just bum rush that shit. Zerg rushes can be translated to other mediums. You'll lose, though).

A little bit of what you'll see from me...beyond self deprecation. I'm an avid gamer and as such, have recently gotten into reviewing. So, I'll post some of my video reviews, which also act as a link to my written ones if that's more your preference. Though, instead I may post written reviews if images (mine have images) transfer well on these boards, and then just link the video review..or post it as well...words. Unlike most, I won't strictly adhere to reviewing new or old games, rather I'll do both. If I'm not reviewing a game, I may highlight Soccer, space travel, pirate attacks. Either way, I...I got stuff to say.

I should note that...even though I intend on becoming quite active on this forum (not only to plug my reviews, but to game with people) I won't ever post in the chat. Why? Because chat rooms tend to be a cesspool for individuals that abuse memes, as though they lack a sense of humor. That's not the only crutch, I've noticed people tend to TYPE IN ALL CAPS quite often, as though that's cruise control for cool, clever, and humorous. Not only that, but adherence to proper grammatical structure tends to die in chat boxes/rooms, not that mine is perfect, but at least I make the effort.

Oh, and hey..I play vidya gaimz sometimes. Granted, the only multiplayer game I'm hooked on right now is TF2, which happens to be an FPS that actually requires teamwork and skill. Yeah, I said it. My inconsistency has caused my actual ability to wane, so...I apologize to whomever I'm teaming with in the future. My favorite class would be Pyro, the fall back (due to the lack of composition on servers these days) is Soldier, and I'm trying to get a lot of use out of Scout because my interest in it has surged. I can generally dodge quite well (at least with heavies) but my shot is absolutely terrible.

So, words.

Haha you seem pretty fun, hopefully you hang about.

Welcome!

:toni:

Also you'll find the people who post in our Shoutbox are nothing like what you described. And if you've got a PS3 you'll find a lot of people there play team games together, you might wanna join in

I've a PS3, though I haven't found any multiplayer games that interest me on console. As it pertains to multiplayer, I'm strictly PC.

I like you. :lew: you kinda remind me of a friend of mine. But yeah, welcome to FFF. Glad to see someone who respects the structure of the English language. :yay:

Nice intro. I get extremely excited whenever I stumble upon a quarter, whether it be in my own pocket or deep inside my purse. "A quarter! Laundry, yes!"

Welcome to the forums, I do hope to see you around here often. The shoutbox isn't for everyone, so that's perfectly understandable. We'll just be seeing you in other parts of the forums then. =]

...Wut @ The above post.

Welcome to the forums, that is one HELL of a lengthy post! :D

You, sir, just won the game. And if the name of this thread is a Hamlet reference, you beat the internet once and for all. May your reign of glory shine upon us etc etc

Yes I'm a brony, but I hope it doesn't make you eager to be out of my way like a few others I know (Not necessarily here)

Do you americans not own washing machines!? I was actually pondering on this with my friend earlier whilst watching some random film, where the girl had her washin, and hopped on a tram to take it all home. Wtf?!

Thanks, I think. Well, given my lineage as well as my appreciation for understanding people, it feels only natural.

At certain points, going into a bank with a twenty dollar bill just to turn it into a roll of quarters makes you feel like royalty.

Thanks. I have to separate myself from people somehow.

Thanks. It is indeed both a reference to Hamlet and Bo Burnham. As long as you don't try to force it down my throat, we're cool.

Welcome! You seem to be a fun fellow. Glad to have you around. I hope you enjoy the forums :)

If you consider creating unofficial Mcdonalds items and popping popcorn just to watch Bioware's revenue drop to be fun. Then yeah, I'm fun.

Well, as I said...some apartment complexes don't come furnished with these appliances. Not to mention, if one is moving from home, they can't very well nab their parents' in lue of theiir own. And perhaps the most glaring issue is that they can be quite pricey.

Dude....
You are awesome...(y)

Funny post, made my day. Welcome to FFF. ;)

Thanks~

Allow me to be the very first person to rep you for possibly one of the best intro threads I've seen in a long time!

Welcome to the craziness that is FFF! Here we encourage you to do all the fun, frivolous, and funky things you ever desired! Except leg-humping. To do that, you must enroll in the sports teams.

Haha, but that's for later! For now, welcome to the forums! :hyper:

Thanks. I feel anything worth doing (even as minor as an introduction on a forum) is worth doing properly. Everyone knows I'm new, so I don't see a point in simply keeping it as succinct as: "HAI GAIZ IM NEW LES PLAY SOME FF'Z LOLOLOLOL". Can't say I've the energy necessary to hump anyone's leg, nor the want to. So, we're good there.
