Why doesn't Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core have its own place in the forums

Final Fantasy Crisis Core was the first Final Fantasy I ever played and it was the game that got me into the series. I was a normal kid who insulted the Final Fantasy series before having played any of them. One day my step brother gave me Crisis Core and I played it thinking it was going to be terrible, until I really got into it and eventually reached the end and cried. This game changed the way I look at the world and has made me into a better person. GIVE THIS GAME (the best Final Fantasy game) THE FORUM TITLE IT DESERVES!

because it's a shit psp game you should have played vii first, crisis core contradicted and changed the original plot a lot. anyway, to answer your question. it's probably because it's just a small side-story game or maybe it's because if we included every vii installment the list would begin to stretch? it might not show up on the front page but it does have its own sub-forum

You definitely should have played VII before you played Crisis Core. It completely ruined the story by adding Angeal and Genesis into the mix with things. Dont get me wrong I love me some Zack Fair as a main character but it if anything this game did more bad than it did good. But then again thats just me.
As for giving the best FF game its section. It does have its own section. See Final Fantasy IX. xD

Well I think you could do a lot worse. At least it's a game that functions, a lot more than you can say for most PSP games lol

But I think it's main problem is that there is really no reason to play it if you haven't played Final Fantasy VII. It might catch someones eye, but from the outside looking in I really don't think it looked all that attractive. Played like Kingdom Hearts if KH was mobile and had braindead AI.

I don't think it deserves its own section in the forum. A compilation section does a lot more for the forum in that you can set ALL the VII side media inside the one sub forum area.


Also, prequels added on later never particularly attracted me. It's an anticlimax to me.


Also, it certainly isn't the greatest Final Fantasy game in many peoples eyes... I think the OP'er may be alone there.

Personally, i liked it. satisfying game. problem is, the game only touched half of the story, the rest was unseen by Zack. and although i don't like zack all that much, people did. it's a very mixed game.

so playing the first spin off in the series, doesn't count for much. plus, it's in the "compilation of final fantasy VII" section. it's best to get familiar with ff before you request these things in an ff forum.

The only good thing about Crisis Core was Zack. Apart from that it was a crappy psp game that destroyed the original games storyline and added in shit characters like Genesis and Angeal. Plus yeah, it's a side story game.

The only one you should be questioning is tactics... but those are all wrapped in XII as apart of the Ivalice alliance...

It is a spin-off game. Spin-offs are grouped into the section of the main game. If we give CC its own section, we would have to do so for all spin-off titles and then the FF section would be a mess.

Not to sound rude or anything but Crisis Core is your first Final Fantasy and you believe that it's the best already ? Huh ? Isn't that going a little too fast Mr Sonic the Hedgehog ?


imo go and experience the other Final Fantasy games because some of them are really beautiful and just avoiding them would be really unfair on their part. You should able to download Final Fantasy 1- 9 on your PSP and Final Fantasy X is coming out on the Vita soon.

By claiming that Crisis Core is the best without even touching the other games is like jumping the gun. It would of been like only playing Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy IV and then refusing to play the rest and then missing out on great treasures like Final Fantasy VI and Final Fantasy X
