What cheered you up today?

I was really messed up from the new regulations of my current work and went to sleep last night. I got alot of texts from someone close to me from Scotland and when I went to check it out it was just news about bleach in general and that the novel's gonna be written by the mastermind behind Durarara and Baccano. Now this trivial thing would usually make me giggle, but she hasn't texted me for over a week. (we text each other like silly for dayyys if she cant get on msn) This one was one hell of a way to break the ice. :B
 
I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL!!!!


I'm so happy! The graduation was a blast. All my friends were crying and exchanging numbers so we can stay in contact with each other and one of my closest friends invited me to her baby shower. So I can't wait for that! Then after the graduation, my family took me out to a Asian place called Hibachi. It used to be an Old Country Buffet but they changed it. And then the ultimate double exciment is that since I didn't knock anyone out while I was still attending school(because sometimes people can be annoying), my fiance planned to take me ALL THE WAY TO RUSSIA!!!!XD I'm having a serious over-load of nostalgia right now that I might scream!(I've wanted to go to Russia since I was a kid!)


But---I can't wait to go to college. Already took College courses while I was still in High School and now ready to take on the more serious/fun classes! Yay!

And I FINALLY found my vaccination records. I have never felt more relieved in my life, I was not going to have them re-done. :hmph:! So I can finally continue my application for housing for the art school I'm going to, since my semester is less than two months away from starting. Someone also found my I.D. from the other day and I managed to retrieve it back from them. So this week had went from poorly to exciting ~

I got my college laptop today. Sadly I did not get a Vaio. Not disappointing however because I got a frickin ace laptop. I got a Hp mini and boy I am loving it so much. It is for college. To browse the net and do work of course. It is so pretty. it has Windows 7 home premium as well. These are normally 600 bucks in stores but I found one for 240 bucks because there was a sale. Now that is a damn good price! I really love how the top is silver. :ryan: They did not have any Vaios, and I figured this one was a great deal. So in a sense, it is what I wanted. It is really ace and I am not bothered anymore that I didnt get a Vaio. :lew:

I have having a house party tomorrow, I did not want too many people coming but I decided to allow close pals bring their other halves. Anyways my pal Sam is bring her fella who in turn is bringing his pal frank. Frank is often stuffed, normally wraps up for the weather, and is quite a hot head :licky:

What cheered me up.....Just got my account back for WoW. No need to re buy all the discs and start spamming dungeons for all my gear again :P

Also, got a mini laptop to use till i buy another one, so i can atleast use the net for the time being. (Old laptop screen shit itself, so couldn't see anything. not real happy, didn't even get to copy my music to my external HD :( )
 
Finding out some home truths about a former friend of mine and I daren't use the term loosely either. I was delighted that my best friend from college had the guts to tell me about it and I'm not annoyed she kept it from me at all, since she's been put in an awkward position for a year with the information.

I'm also staying at her house for tonight while her family are away. We've had a fun day and now it's drawing to a close, we'll be able to get some good sleep. Or at the very least, I can hope for it. xD
 
Found out today that my girlfriend and I got the place we applied for. So as of Sept 1st, we will begin living together. Super psyched right now!
 
What made me happy today---was that I finally defeated Terra from KHIIFM!!! I've owned that game since it's release and hadn't been able to defeat him until yesterday. Sad, I know. But Terra's much harder than Sephiroth. He makes Sephiroth look like a walk in the park.

Also, I got this game called "Folklore" the other day and it's pretty good. The actions are really repeatitive but the storyline and music is awesome(a little creepy). And now that I thought about it, Folklore kinda reminds me of a mixture of Harry Potter and The Nightmare Before Christmas smashed into one game. ^_^
 
Finally bought an iPod shuffle. :kira:

I still want a classic but I think I'll wait until I can buy one at Christmas time. For now I just need something to keep me occupied for bus rides, and something to drown out the noise from the rest of the house for homework time. I lost my last MP3 player which was considerably more expensive than the shuffle which is annoying, and since this one is very tiny, I'll need to be very careful :sad3:

Most men are so typical and expect the woman to do all the 'womanly tasks' and then claim to be manly when they can't even wash a few dishes. Then cry about shit that is so pathetic that you just wanna bitch slap them. Manly my arse!

Anyway, that's what cheered me up today. Knowing I've got a good one. =)
 
A certain someone.

It's so rare when you find someone you like that you can actually converse with, without wanting to bash their head in. :yay: And I found someone who's head I would never bash in, and who I'm happy just to know, whatever else might happen. And today we had fun listening to music and laughing our asses off, and it was wonderful time spent to together.

My Best Friend :)

I've been speaking to him all day, as I'm stuck at home ill, a lot of bad stuff has happened and I felt like an idiot, but when he found out he understood and wasn't angry at me. Later on today he decided to dye his hair black and then he text me saying he got hair dye all over the place and he can't get it off his skin, it made my day, and I was trying to find ways to help him get it off, bless him, now he's scrubbing his hands because he didn't use gloves! :awesome:

God I love that kid! :)
 
Sometimes on Saturdays, Sundays or whenever my mum decides to go out, I am alone. I love being alone sometimes because It is just so quiet, and I can do what I want to do. Woke up at like nine this morning and Ill be alone till at least the evening. So I have half the day to myself all quiet. :ryan: What also cheered me up, is that an assignment we had to do for Knowledge class was given to the wrong group.. xD. So one assignment down. However, I am not forgetting that I have an assignment due the 8th and that I must read about 180 pages of my English novel for Novel English class... which is Tuesday. So I am sorta going to have to work, but at the same time have Monday off since it is Labour day. Ill start working on the reading tomorrow..
 
I got in an argument with someone, and for once I didn't feel like the jackass.
 
Had a great time with a great friend. I don't see them much due to various reasons, so it's always wonderful to see them whenever I can.
