What cheered you up today?

The one thing that cheered me up today(aside from pizza and soda) was that my sister and her hubby-to-be is coming down on sunday for an early 4th of July BBQ. I know when they come down, there's bound to be some drinking games. :ohoho: and I'm super psyched about that. I actually drink hard liquor in those special occasions. :lew:

So, yeha, that's what cheered me up today. :ryan:
 
One of my friends let me borrow his LoZ OoT 3DS!! I was so happy, I won't make it very far because mine should be coming in about a week
 
Had a cook day with a friend of mine. Made some Pelmeni, Russian cabbage soup and Pavlova. It was basically a Russian feast day for us. It was really good and fun to make together. Super exicted to make some Ukrainian foods or some Estonian foods too.^^


Also, just got Castlevania:SOTN and added it to my Castlevania collection. And got the second season to Junjou Romantica.:yaoi:Super happy!

So, that was what made me happy today.:jon:
 
I went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch. For you folks who don't live in the Southern part of the United States (although they are expanding in the Midwest and Southern Cali), it is a fast food chain that specializes in chicken food. Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken fingers, chicken everything. It's pretty good stuff. Anyway, there was a giant cow running around playing with the kids. I can't really explain it, but when I saw the looks on the little kids' faces, it totally softened me up. It was so cute. It felt like for five minutes, all was well in the world. I actually went up and took a picture with the cow. That totally made my day.

I have on my phone somewhere. I'm too lazy to find it.
 
Watching EVO all day at work. Got to see Justin Wong, Daigo, Gamerbee, Filipino Champ, Tokido and Poongko all fight live. It was awesome.
 
My copy of Catherine came in!! Hung out with a couple friends, played some type of Monopoly, much faster version, and some Soda and pizza
 
I was feeling a bit blah about certain things when I had a nice conversation with my best friend. It wasn't much, just a friendly conversation, but it's those little things in life that can sometimes brighten up a rough day. The frown is gone, which is good since my name is The Joker on here. I'm supposed to be smiling after all.
 
Just got Bleach: Soul Ignition in the mail and super happy! But won't be able to play it right now(boo). My uncle is getting married and I think they look so cuuuuttteee!! But, the downfall is that I usually don't dress like a girl but, meh. Can't be selfish in their happy day.
 
Well it was my birthday today. Considering I am on vacation, It was a pretty good day. Went to the ocean/beach, had delicious birthday food, used the net a little bit more etc. Also got a Blue 3DS along with Dead or Alive Dimensions so that cheered me up quite a bit. Had a wonderful day and all that. My cake was delicious and it has been a great birthday. Spending time with my grandparents is always nice. It kinda feels like the hotel is our home.. because we are so used to living in it :gonk: The beach here always cheers me up.. and I will miss it when I am gone in three days.
 
One of my friends from work that's been on her holidays came back today. Love the girl, she's like the little sister I should have had. Got to laugh at her numerous times today since a) her hair's dramatically brightened up because of the weather and b) we've had some private jokes between us that we can't look at each other without laughing. xDD
 
Let's see... I'm going down to Brisbane in 2 days, going to buy some new cargo pants, buy dinner and if i have the money gonna go to the movies with my mrs and maybe my mate, whom i be staying with.

Mates also buying me WoW and all the expansions just so i can help him raid etc, and we're all gunna get drunk and play his 360 =D

pretty awesome week if i do say so myself.
 
I went out for my friends' birthday bash and it was brilliant. There were about fifteen people there and I didn't know most of them, but it still turned out to be quite the hilarious event. Plus, the twins were incredibly happy with the gifts I got them, so that's another plus. It all ended on a good note and it was just a fab afternoon out.

I like being a leader. I'm good at it, I think. :hmmm: So being made clan leader is just awesome. I'm so stoked to have gotten the job <33 So that's one reason why I'm happy.

I'm also happy because my tummy ache vanished. It was making me feel as though I could throw up and now that the sickening feeling is gone, I am very happy. :grin:
 
Deciding to move to further adventures.

I caught sight of myself in the mirror momentarily, and my transcendental beauty was reflected so purely in it's iridescent surface that it made me feel super swell. I wouldn't say it cheered me up exactly as I am too handsome to be ever be sad, it was pretty great though.
 
Getting my camera and tripod. I am SO psyched. I can start shooting videos, mainly shorts and then start doing reviews. I am FLYING right now. :)
 
I had a conversation with a close friend this morning which really uplifted my spirits. I don't really feel comfortable confiding in people, or expressing any real emotion, but I guess she's one person who I don't really mind pouring my guts out too, which was what I really needed to do without feeling like a complete idiot. I've had a very lousy couple of days which have affected me more than I'd care to admit, so I'm really glad I got the opportunity to talk to her :ryan:
