Firstly, the weather. It's the first day of the year I've been out and not worn a jacket or coat. It's been fabulously warm today and it put me in a great mood after the shit weather we've had before.

The script that I recently completed made my friends laugh today. I was a bit insecure about my tutor reading it since it had a bit too much swearing in it. And then Lee reassured me that he loves swearing since he loves Shameless. :wacky:

They were giving free Monster energy drinks, too. So that's perked me up and kept me awake for the long day ahead!

The weather has been divine here too (I imagine it would be seeing as I'm probably only 80 miles or so away from you, but I still feel the need to say this as if it is some great and impossible revelation)! I even burned my neck, the sun was so hot. In fact, the sun and I had a little bit of an argument about it, which resulted in the sun taking a little cool down behind the clouds for ten minutes. Did anyone see me hiding behind the clouds? I think not. Chivalry Augustus - beat the sun in an argument.
 
Actually this happened the other day, but it was still funny, I was playing an online MMO with the other half, and we encountered a player who was a dwarf named "Abismal Gravelthong" :rofl: I almost split my side laughing, it was great. (Also if that happens to be someone who uses FFF, your name rocks :yay:)
 
I had a lovely date with a lovely guy last night. :ryan: He was getting a cold nearer the end, so alas, no goodnight kiss. But I'm thinking of returning the favour and driving out to meet him a his when I figure my work schedule out (if I get the job).
 
My life in a nutshell

A couple of things happened to me today that made me happy.


1)I got paid :mrgreen:. I now have money to pay my godforsaken $250 phone bill (damn text messages)

2) Just downloaded Final Fantasy Dissidia 012 :neomon:(which also means i now have something to do on my days off of work:mrgreen:)

3)Ordered tickets to a concert that i wanna go see with a couple of my buddies. Zakk Wylde & Black Label Society. Huzzah!!!!

Tomorrow is when I have to hand in an actual full draft of a Literature coursework piece and I was awfully behind with it considering I had to do another piece of coursework for English Language at the same time while other commitments began piling up on me. So after a whole evening of incessant typing and thinking, I've managed 2900/3000 words. That doesn't seem a lot, but considering how harsh the mark scheme (and the examiners) is, I may as well as done double that without all the cutting and re-wording. Buuuut, at least I am nearly done with it, even if this evening was pretty shit.
 
Well the snow is finally going and it is a nice sight. When I was coming home and walking to the bus station earlier and it was a nice day. Here nothing but Snow has been falling in the last few weeks and we actually get a decent day today. It snowed this morning and all but then the sun came out in the afternoon. I like that we finally get a decent day without fucking snow.. so yeah it was a sight that cheered me up.
 
I've been doing 'fitness stuff' all week while I'm off work, and the endorphins seem to be keeping me in good spirits, no matter what happens. There's nothing as relaxing nor as stress-relieving as a bit of semi-hard, physical work. Well, apart from shouting a lot at people you don't like.
 
Going back to my apartment in Nagoya in a week. I feel so out of place here, so goingback is going to be amazing. Just looking forwards to it now.
 
Getting spoilt rotten at my gran's.

She cooked a wonderful Sunday dinner and we got chatting for several hours. Also saw my puppy that she now looks after. Was so relieved to see her alive and well after hearing she was attacked last Saturday. There are hardly any marks, but my blood boils just thinking about it.
 
I just didn't feel like going to work today because I'm really starting to despise rowdy kids in general. The last thing I wanted was to be there for 4-5hrs with all them hanging around in this farm cafe while the weather outside was just absolutely gorgeous today. So instead I told them I was ill and then decided to go to town and the beach in the afternoon. That may have been selfish of me, but hey - that's a much better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. :ryan:
 
What cheered me up today? The fact that if a bitch (bitch = noob who has better else to do than being an asshat) here keeps pushing his luck he'll get himself kicked all the way out towards bannedland.

Starting an old game that I've never played before. It should last me a couple of months at least. Well that's about it really, I feel kind of bad I have nothing else to say... That's for more of yesterday as today but I may post again if anything decent happens today which, after 3 hours sleep and 12 hours work.. I doubt :l
 
Mass Effect 2 DLC! I was at work and my friend told me that it came out today. I had no idea. I got home and downloaded it right away. I'm start it here in a bit. Not knowing was the best part. I didn't have to wait for it. Sweet!
 
Finally getting money that I've been expecting for just over a month. I should also be getting a few hundred quid in a few days so that's great to! Other then that nothing much has gone on today so meh!:ohshit:
 
hmmmm i know came out of a boring lesson..... decided to go Burger King for lunch with a few mates... I brought my Girlfriend with me..... god was such a random Lunch

and just seeing my girlfriends face made my day :)

Went to the Trafford Centre with Gina, bought a dress and some accessories for sat night, we had Nandos, the kid outwitted me in River Island, new make up and some moisturiser, spent a fair bit but its been a good evening, nothing looked right, I felt dead fat, but I found a dress in River island that was nice, so that made me happy. woop
 
Despite the overwhelming rage in the vice versa thread, there were some things that actually managed to cheer me up today.

Firstly, I found a five pound note on the floor that a customer had dropped. I decided to keep it in my pocket just in case they came back, but they never did. So I claimed it as my own.

And having my gran coming round for dinner today was wonderful. Even though we didn't get to spend as much time as usual (I had to get back to my Uni flat before dark xD), it was comforting to have her there as support amongst all the tension.
 
Today was awesome. Me, my girlfriend and 5 of our friends all headed to the big city north of our town. We caravaned up the interstate for adventure. We ate at Outback Steakhouse, where I always wanted to eat at, and it did not disappoint. The Ribs alone were worth the trip. Then we went to the huge mall they had there. I bought a vintage Batman tin sign. It's really awesome and totally old school. Also got a Hulk poster and a framed picture of Notre Dame's football stadium. After wandering around for a while, we all went and saw the movie, "Paul." It was really funny and gave great props to Alien and Sci-Fi movies.

One of the best days I have had in a long time.
