Be My Last - Utada Hikaru

I like alot of of Hikki's songs, but this is one of my favorites by her. The lyrics get to me everytime ("I beg of you, you have to be my last." :sad3:) and I love the way her voice sounds in it.
The video is was okay, I just wish they had left the car accident scene out of it. :thehell:

Anyway, I think it's a great song. ~

Feel like Making ♥

Feel like Making Love

Feel like Making ♥ is just an all the way around sexy and romantic song. I love how the singer vocalizes in this track. The combination of the backing vocals really gives it this southern vibe(even though their English) :lew: The instruments are both powerful and sexy. That guitar is... INSANE to listen to. :ohoho: But my favorite part of the song is the lyrics. It's just really sweet and really romantic but at the same time it stays masculine while being sexy and romantic, which is hard to do.

Definitelyone of the best love songs to have playing with your guy. :ryan:

COLBIE CAILLAT - FALLEN FOR YOU

Ahhh, this song takes me back to my high school days where I first met and fell in love with Leo. I felt so light headed and giddy but terrified to tell him how I felt. Luckily for me, he spilt his guts first just before I did. I love those songs that you find that just speak to you, y'know?

Sia - Breathe Me

I fell asleep last night to this on repeat. Simple but beautiful song. The lyrics are pretty vague, so what really captured me is the melody. Piano, drums and violin. Sometimes when I look back, I wonder why I didn't spend my summers when I was younger studying more musical instruments other than the piano time and again. I'd love to play the violin, even just a little. :rage:

driving with the brakes on by del amitri

i like del amitri but youtube doesnt have my favourite del amitri tunes so i went with this :hmmm:

This caught me off guard. What originally was a 30 sec clip ended up being mixed into a real good theme. When I first heard it, it caught me off guard because I thought it was maybe an unreleased official track that was never used in the game or something. Then I found out it was used but it was only a 30 sec music clip and never a full track, so I guess someone did make it into a full track. It's kind of a sad theme but still good none the matter.

Nice Guys - Chester See, KevJumba and Ryan Higa

It's some kind of collaboration between the three YouTube celebrity... And some producer, apparently. I'm not too sure about the details, but for a song not produced by some kind of music company, this is pretty impressive. In fact, it is quite nice to listen to! There are similar elements found in the latest rap favorites.

I guess this is one I'll be listening to for some time.

Jumstart - Eyeshine

I swear, either I'm going through an obsession or I just love Eyeshine THAT much. either way, this song uses the word "Jumpstart" in an interesting way. Kinda like you jumpstart your day to keep you alert, it uses "Jumpstart" in a sense of informing oneself that a relationship is near its end course.

Eh, I like that. :ryan:

Really have not posted here in ages. I am usually listening to It's my life by Sayuri Sugawara. I love her in general as she has such a beautiful voice.. and sometimes I can not get enough of her xD. I probably do listen to her every day now that I think about it. I have mostly all her songs on my Iphone so I just listen to her to pass time.

I find this song by her to be one of my favorites. I do sing along to it as well and it does have that element to it xD. Beautiful song and very catchy.

I also love Kimi ga iru Kara by her. It was such a shame they took it out of the English version of Final Fantasy XIII. I started listening to her when I first heard of her singing for FF XIII. Eternal Love and Kimi ga iru kara are both her XIII songs, but I love her other songs as well. :olivia:

White Room - Cream

I'm not a big Cream fan, I think the only consistently good thing about Cream was Clapton and for a band that wasn't particularly good I thought Clapton should have been more heavily involved. Anyway he features pretty heavily in this song. There's a lovely guitar solo which makes the song very listenable, the rest of the song I'm not bothered about. I could take it or leave it.

Cavalera Conspiracy~Electric Funeral(Black Sabbath cover)

reason I like this song:

WAY heavier than the Black Sabbath version. I love the guitar sound in this song.

Plus(bonus for me) its sung by Max Cavalera(formerly of Soulfly), his vocals are way better than Ozzy's.

Now that I think about it, (I know this might be kinda sad) but the original version of this song sucks.

Love you like a love Song by Selena Gomez and the Scene

Its so catchy, I can never get this song out of my head; maybe its just because I am such a Selena fan but this song rocks, the video isn't bad either, the hook is great too! Its kind of 80's to me!

Cruel by Tori Amos

I love this song, its so addictive to listen to, definitely one of Tori's best albums and songs, but I admit its sound like one of her more mainstream songs. I love the verses too; I sing it for hours after hearing it once, although I've heard that it sounds like she's speaking another language to some >.> She sings so meaningfully. I love it.

DESTROYA - My Chemical Romance

I love the build up to this song. It starts out slow, and then as it proceeds the tempo gets faster and faster until it reaches maximum awesomeness. And the lyrics are so interesting, not really what you'd expect from My Chemical Romance. Hell, it's a totally different sound for them altogether. This is definitely one of their better songs. :ryan:

Tori Amos
She's your Cocaine

This song, another addictive one. I love the sound of it, I can see it in a show like Buffy or Charmed. This song has a odd sexy sound to it, she makes it sound like its about lust, well, I guess it kind of is, huh? Tori has such an original mind sometimes; you can really tell she's inspired by Led Zeppelin in this song in my honest opinion.

I love her so much, so rating the song would just be my bias xD but a total 10/10 I have to be honest, its one of the BEST albums of all time.

Take That - Love Love

The beat and the lyrics are really catchy. I think it's the perfect song to convey the story and emotion of the new X-Men film. Glad that there's a band I actually have heard of and like that's singing a song for such a huge film like this. When they sing together, it all comes together very nicely and the lyrics are eerily effective.

10/10
