Airplanes - B.O.B ft. Hayley Williams of Paramore

It's not all that new, really, but hey, I just discovered this song recently. I remember at some point back then, I used to hear a lot of people around me going 'Wish right now', over and over like it's cool.

So this is the song they were attempting to mimic. Hearing it here is so different. It's so nice! I like Hayley's voice. B.O.B sounds like any rapper, if you ask me. I'm not so much a fan of rap, though I like it. Probably, I don't like it enough to differentiate between a rapper with another.

Still, most songs like this are only nice because of the more ballad-like segments no? Even Billionaire itself is pretty similar in concept. Or even the Empire State of Mind maybe?

Beyonce - I Care

This song is off her New Album "4" and I am just in love with it. It explains how the one she loved does not care any more but she still cares and tells him how he broke her heart. Oh how I can relate to this. It's great...

Kaori Kobayashi - Kira-Kira

Directly copied-pasted the title off YouTube. It's a smooth jazz piece... And like most jazz piece, if you ask me, it's perfect for night listening - it's night here for me.

I'm not sure why, but most saxophone accompanied jazz music seem to make for wonderful music to listen to at night. For me at least, but whatever. This music seems to create a nice ambiance, even if working at night is usually dull.

Jar of Hearts - Dia Framption(Cristina Perri Cover)

Y'know, I'm in love with the song itself, but Dia Framption brings a certain warmth to the song. Unlike Cristina Perri, Dia makes this song good :wacky:. Her voice is so soothing, and she really makes it her own in my opinion. Plus, she is a cute little thing. :D

C'mon by Panic! At the Disco and Fun.

Well as a few of you know, P!ATD is by far my favourite band, and I'm kind of obsessed with Brendon Urie :inlove: I love this song at the moment mainly because of Brendon's vocals, he's awesome, and the first verse is pretty :ryan: it's a feel good song and I love it.

Lyrics are in my sig :)

No Time - The Guess Who

This song has been STUCK in my head for TWO WEEKS. It refuses to escape. It is so awesome and addicting. I suggest listening to it.

No time for a summer friend,
No time for the love you send,
Seasons change and so did I,
You need not wonder why,
You need not wonder why,
There's no time left for you,
No time left for you

Yes.

I'm Made of Wax Larry, What Are You Made Of? - A Day to Remember

Love this song the first time I heard it on Sirius Octane. and after I listened to it a few dozen times on my MP3 Player, I loved it some more. The lyrics are great, and anyone who is a fan of ADTR should definitely give this a listen. It is definitely worth the time. :ryan:

The State That I Am In - Belle and Sebastian

One of the reasons that I really like Belle & Sebastian is that they are one of the few bands able to create narratives through their songs. That's what they do in this song. They aslo make really good pop songs the complete opposite to Lady Gaga et al. There's actual effort and thought put into their songs.

Chris Reece & Jennifer Needles- Never Let Me Go

This is a song about letting love slip through your fingers, people changing, all set to a dance tune. I love the lyrics "You said never let me go..." This makes me sad, but it does touch me. Its such a pretty song.

Jumpstart - Eyeshine

Oh my god, I can't believe I'm listening to Eyeshine again, but what can I say, I love em'. but this song is pretty good. Love the lyrics, especially these two lines right here.

Jumpstart my heart so I won't flatline like last time
Jumpstart my heart so I can understand the master plan.

3 Doors Down - Let Me Go

I was viewing videos by @Six when I stumbled on her cover of this (your videos are always so amazing btw, Kira. YOUR VOICE :gonk:). Now I can't stop listening to it. I heard it when I was a sophomore in highschool. It brings back memories. Also, this is the first time I've ever seen the music video, and I loved it. :ryan:

Medication - Silverstein

One of their songs off of their latest album. This song in particular isn't the best one on it, but it's not too bad. It has clear elements from their past albums. It's really balanced with guitar riffs, drums, clean and unclean vocals, and yeha. The lyrics are iffy, but still it's an enjoyable song. :ryan:

Girl Afraid - The Smiths

I really like Johnny Marr's guitar on this song. It sounds a lot like The Smiths, quite jangly upbeat guitar with Morrissey singing about something depressing over the top of that. What he is singing about is slightly tragic and also funny in a way, which typical of The Smiths. It's about a boy and girl in a room together who don't look at each other but who quite like each other. One verse is sung from the girl's perspective and another from the boy's.

Lmfao.. :wacky: Only you view them willingly. ♥ :8F:

Never Let You Go - Third Eye Blind

Love this song. It's so upbeat, and the singer with the whole band. Just an amazing piece of art. :ryan: I really like a few of their songs, but this is easily along my top favourites.

Losing My Religion - Dia Framption Cover

Dia's voice is quite interesting, and her takes on the songs are even better. I'm definitely digging her version of the "R.E.M." song. Now, not saying it's better, but definitely is one of the better covers I've heard. :)

Adele- Rolling In The Deep

This is such deep song, really. Adele has the most powerful voice I've ever heard. Its a song about dealing with your decisions and the scars that love can leave on one's heart. Sometimes you just have to cut people out because they will keep breaking yours. The music video is different/yet very visual and I like it.
