Trois Vierges - Epica
I've always been quite fond of Epica - their style is a more classical-orientated Within Temptation, and Simone Simons has an absolutely beautiful voice. Hearing her duet with Roy Khan of Kamelot - another band I'm quite keen on (well, their concept albums like The Black Halo anyway) - is quite nice; they complement each other wonderfully.

I just want something fresh.
) It's one of the most bitter songs she's ever written, and you can hear the sadness in her voice. I love its simplicity, just Stevie's voice with a guitar in the background, none of the intricate vocal harmonies found in a lot of the Mac's work. It's brilliant.
Maybe some Paramore in between.
