Trois Vierges - Epica

I've always been quite fond of Epica - their style is a more classical-orientated Within Temptation, and Simone Simons has an absolutely beautiful voice. Hearing her duet with Roy Khan of Kamelot - another band I'm quite keen on (well, their concept albums like The Black Halo anyway) - is quite nice; they complement each other wonderfully.

Pixie Lott - Gravity

After a few listens, I've warmed to this more than Cry Me Out. It's not as forced and her voice is really beautiful here. She only needs to belt out her voice in the chorus, which I really love. The lyrics are very meaningful to some relationships and I warm to those kind of songs.

A Call To Arms - 30 Seconds To Mars.

I'm still trying to get to know this album so I can decide if I can like it or not and this is definitely one of the better ones on the album. Jared Leto's voice suits it perfectly. So well written.

Alicia Keys- Doesn't Mean Anything

I was slow in getting to hear this song properly as it's been in the charts for a while now. I love a lot of things about the song - the powerful theme, her vocals, the eloquent lyrics and the music video. Alicia demonstrates her voice exceptionally well here, reminding me just how well she can sing with only piano and some drums accompanying her. The chorus is simply classy and has a slightly reminiscent feel of No One's chorus. Too bad this song has performed rather badly outside the UK though.

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

I just can't get this song out of my head. It's as bad as PokerFace was back when it first came out. >.<

I love the song, but I don't want to overkill it. :gonk:

Simply love the film clip. Her outfits are always interesting and her music videos are always creepy. XD

i am listening to the ff7 theme because i am currently playing the game and it just so happens to be on

If I Never See Your Face- Maroon 5 and Rihanna
Love both of Maroon 5 and Rihanna. The lyrics are great and they are both vocally talented and together they are amazing. Beautiful song and very addicting. Been listening to it for a while now lmao. Like it alot

Fireflies - Marie Digby

A nice acoustic cover version, no voice editing going on, just raw vocal talent. She does a brilliant job on the guitar and I prefer the acoustic version to the normal version. It's nice to have a female singing it as well, she does a brilliant job and hits all the notes perfectly and it has quite a mellow tone to it. :ryan:

Celebrity Status, by Marianas Trench.

Such an upbeat song. I love it. I've been going through my iTunes list lately, and I desperately want some new music. :hmmm:

I think I'll go look for some. Kinda getting bored with my current list, even though I love all my music. :wacky: I just want something fresh.

This song does it though. Such a good band. x3

Planets Of The Universe - Fleetwood Mac

I much prefer this original demo version to the dance track she morphed it into for Trouble In Shangri-La (Even though that version's pretty great too :8F:) It's one of the most bitter songs she's ever written, and you can hear the sadness in her voice. I love its simplicity, just Stevie's voice with a guitar in the background, none of the intricate vocal harmonies found in a lot of the Mac's work. It's brilliant.

Shaping the Clouds - Scale the Summit

Great band, I simply can't get enough of them. They have just the right mix of being heavy and being melodic for me to absolutely love them. Plus, they have some of the best tapping sections I've ever heard.

These guys are a great candidate for my new favorite band. As for the song itself, it's got your usual Scale the Summit fare; crazy time signatures, technically superb riffs, and no vocals. None. Yet I love them.

Dominic Cooper & Amanda Seyfried - Lay All Your Love On Me

I've had this habit of rediscovering songs and falling in love with them all over again just lately. This is yet another one of them. I prefer this one to the ABBA version and love the chemistry Amanda and Dominic have in it. It's one of those cheesy songs I don't mind singing out loud on the street.

Underdog, by You Me At Six.

I always have one of those lifting moods when this song comes on the playlist. Such a great song! x3 Can't help but sing along with it. I adore their new album. Have it on repeat at the moment, and I don't plan on taking it off anytime soon. :mokken: Maybe some Paramore in between. :wacky:

Freestylers - Push Up

Simply love this song! It's such a great fun song to dance to. XD

The film clip really gets you going. It's so cool how she's dancing all around town in different outfits without any music whilst people watch. XD

But yeah awesome song, great lyrics and it's really good chill out music to forget all your problems. =D

The Letter, by Acceptance.

Great song. I love the lyrics, and this band is fairly decent as well. I'm not sure if they're still together. :hmmm: But definitely a great song.

The Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow

Been sitting here all night listening to music whilst drinking Jacks!

Love this song. It is perfect for couch potatoing at mates and having some smoke. :gonk:

Drinking is good too. :gonk:

Great beat and really trippy music video. 0_0

I simply love the trippy seizure beat. It gets the blood pumping!

Pixie Lott - Gravity

I can't help listening to this song lately. I've now seen the video, which is interesting to say the least, and has her doing another dance routine. Pixie with short black hair is strange, though. It's got a nice beat in the background, which keeps the song being as brilliant as it is.
