Fuckin' in the Bushes - Oasis
A weird track by their standards and style, but I like it a lot. Probably because it's used in Snatch, which is a brilliant film.

Its from the Kill Bill OST and wow. I just adore this song. The lyrics are amazing.

By Myself, by Linkin Park (listening to the whole Hybrid Theory album)

Meh... Linkin Park... Brings back so many memories. Felt really nostalgic tonight, as I had a really long conversation with my mom about my aunt and her kids. My near two year older cousin, and me always used to record us singing along with Linkin Park, specially this song... I used to mess around as Chester, and she'd do Shinoda's parts. We're barely in contact anymore, family drama... I hate it... =/ It's... Kinda... funny how "In the end" always used to be my favourite song...

Heh.

So yeah... Great album....

Jumpers - Sleater-Kinney
It's a fantastic song. Really nice sounding mix of classic rock and indie rock, and the singer has a great voice. Some really great lyrics too, "My falling shape will draw a line between the blue of sea and sky" is really understated and evocative.
 
t.A.T.u. - How Soon Is Now

I kinda prefer this version than the one The Smiths did because it's got more piano and electric guitar in it. The girls' voices are odd in it, I'll admit, but they blend in well with the music.

Final Fantasy Tactics OST - Ultima - The Nice Body (odd title I know, but that's what it was titled in the Youtube music video. :wacky:)

Been listening to some of the music from Final Fantasy Tactics a lot lately, thinking of using some for music for my characters for story writing and RPing if I could ever find the particular pieces of music I like from what I heard in the song list in-game from entering that PolkaPolka name in New Game. xP

But yeah, this song seems to befit chaotic and destructiveness (< yes, it is still a word after adding "ness" to it. xD), so it may be used for whenever my Crimson Wolf character's anger reaches a high enough point to channel that emotion into shape shifting skill enough to gain Crimson Wings, enabling flight, and some very formidable magic, though only for two minutes.

Rating: 9.5/10

Final Fantasy Tactics OST - Ovelia's Anxiety

This is good mood setting music, but I had more in mind that one track from the in-game song titles called For a Friend as more appropriate to serve the purpose this song would if I can't find that, though this is still very good. ;)

Radiohead + Jay-z - usually I hate Jay-Z but this song is epic... it hits so many dang points in me..
 
Agnes - On and On

I can't quite decide if I prefer the original version that I'm playing now or the new one that's going to be released to the UK very soon. This has got more of a club beat and I'm more used to it, whereas the other has a dance kind of feel. I suppose I do like them equally. I love her voice, I've said many times it's one of the most unique voices I've ever heard. It feels like the song's a message to a lover. The original video's not too impressive, though, but the new one is better.

I love this song! XD

It has a fantastic beat and it has a chill out feeling to it.

The lyrics are cool to sing to and his voice is awesome. <3

Make Believe - Platinum Weird

I love this song. I found out how Ringo Starr was the drummer and it blew me away, especially since the drums are one of the best parts of the song. I love what Kara DioGuardi is doing with her voice to make it sound like it comes from the 70s, it's pretty cool, she's a really good singer too, and I think she shows off her voice on this song.
 
Westlife - What About Now

I prefer this version to the original, probably because I'm so used to Westlife singing these kind of covers. Their voices are still as amazing as they were ten years. I love the song because it's asking about the present time and what the couple, assumedly about them, can do in that moment there and then. It's a very awe-inspiring song and the music in the background adds to the momentum.

Another amazing piece of music from Kill Bill. I believe this to be the most popular track on there as its been used in lots of things since the film was released.

Kesha - Take It Off

Probably my favourite from her.

It has a pretty sweet beat and the lyrics are that bad which is good.

I don't like it when she says, 'I got my drunk test on.' though. Who the hell would want to have their drunk text on? That's just dumb. 0_o

I really dont see what the big wow is with this band or Williams for that matter. Im not really being bowled over by their music.

Girl With One Eye - Florence and The Machine
Can't really complain, it's another great song by her. Not her best song, lyrically, but it's got a really nice rhythm to it.
 
Grandia Music - Battle 2 (ambushed theme)

Very cool music, I'd say it is a little different than music I would usually fight to, but it is obviously a battle theme, those of which I am very fond of. :P So yes, this is a very nice change of pace from some of the other battle themes I've been listening to. <3 Rating: 10/10.

Grandia II OST - FIGHT Version 1.

Some more awesome battle music, this is more like I'm used to hearing, and it rocks as hard as much as I would hope for it to, and more. :ryan: Two thumbs up for more great music to fight to. ^_^ Rating: 10/10.

Grandia II OST - FIGHT!! Version 3 ~ Middle Boss Battle.

Keep on rockin' in the free world!...if only it were actually completely free. :wacky: Another great battle theme here, just can't get enough of these good tunes. xD It's got a fantastic rhythm to it, I feel like I could be unbeatable while listening to this music during battle, this is good to have for those tougher boss battles. Rating: 10/10.

Grandia 3 (III...) Music Big Boss Battle V2 Attack of a Flash.

Okay, again, not going to really waste any bit too much time here, you know I wouldn't keep looping back to it if I didn't like it. xP This also has a very nice beat to it, and it has a cool sounding bit from 1:02 - 1:28, definitely unusual in a battle theme, but it fits in very nicely. :awesome: Rating: 10/10.

Really, this Grandia music is perfect.
 
How Wicked Ruler - Motoi Sakuraba

From the Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria OST. I absolutely LOVE this track, its probably one of my favourite boss battle themes. Lezard Valeth is one of my favourite antagonists, and this theme made the battle against him even more epic.
 
Leona Lewis | Happy

I've only just gotten into Leona Lewis, and downloaded her album 'Echo', it's a really nice song and the lyrics are really sweet. In the video, it's so pleasant and generally nice. I love the whole album, and cannot wait to hear 'My Hands' on Final Fantasy XIII. Really looking forward to it.

Alexandra Burke - Overcome

I've really grown to like this as of lately. There's a story behind this song and I love Alexandra's song so much. The beat behind in the background keeps it consistent and the chorus is very awe-inspiring. I really want her to release this as a single, it's definitely one of the standouts from her album.
