Username theft

I had mine stolen. But it was stolen back by the person from whom I stole it. Used to be able to access the ACP and change usernames...some fucker stole Riku then never signed on for a year, so I changed him to User on FFF and took Riku :wacky: Cuntsucker stole it back when I was in Survivor though!
 
I think you can get your username looked tbh. Keep in mind that I think it's only one username you can get locked if it's something you plan on using.

I think I did it with mine, 'LockhartAvenue' though, tbh, who the hell would come up with that. (I'm so original :wacky:)

Now that I'm over that name I have Colours locked just in case. IF it's still locked that is... But I don't see me changing it anytime soon. We all know how that goes with me. :hmph:

I'm not sure, I think when Mandi was on staff she mentioned something about it, and I had Colours locked then. So I assume they just make a note of it. Which is why (most likely) you can only lock one, IF it's even still possible.

I know a lot of things changed for the better, so... Maybe some rules on that got re-vamped as well.

I'd say ask an admin. :monster:

Usernames can't be locked anymore, and no usernames are currently locked, iirc. They were stopping new members registering if they had part of the locked username in their wanted username. I think.
 
Would it be possible to delete the Current Kira Yamato, as s/he has only two posts and hasn't visited the site since they Registered, and i want my username back ?

I remember that in some sites, when a user is inactive for a very extensive period of time either the account gets de-activated or deleted. They do this in order to prevent newbs from joining and keeping some usernames stuck.

Oh and the Riku vs. User on FFF...good God that was epic...

Does (fake)Riku still has the username?
 
I think it's an... omicron or something. Tia/Beavis had one too, when her name was Poe.
 
I've never had a problem with my username on any of the websites that I have registered on. Hopefully it will stay that way.
