The RPG

Is it being used? I haven't noticed any activity in the related forum, and I'm assuming the actually mod isn't getting much attention, either.

Is it being worked on and such, or?

The RPG is not being actively worked currently as we have no RPG Directors. I think the admins are still deciding what they want to do with the RPG.

I was wondering about this myself. Is there any specific direction the admins are leaning towards?

We've had a few technical issues with the Forumon RPG, but ever since the site upgrade a few months back, it has been fixed. We've asked Pockets to look into it and received some feedback, but for the most part, we haven't seen much interest from the members in the first place, due to that it's not the "Inferno". If this is something that members do want to see up and running though, then I'll speak with Shu about the current development and direction of the RPG.

It is functional, it simply needs to be worked on a bit.

Right now, I believe a big part of the lack of activity is the fact that there is nothing to do in the RPG. We should expand upon it a bit. Can't say I'm familiar with how the Inferno worked, but I'm to assume it had more than the bare bones the current RPG has.

Inferno was fantastic, to say the least. Much more flexibility, options, etc. I miss working on it. Haha.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys can come up with.

I have experience working on the Inferno so I would throw my hat in the help with it if its Control Panel is simular to the Infernos o.o beats letting it collect dust

With all due respect, the current RPG is not as interesting as the Inferno. I would prefer a 100times more to play the good old inferno than playing Forumon. Yes, I did give it numerous tries but it simply does not appeals to me. I admit the game would be awesome for a Pokemon/Based community, but not for an FFF Site. The former Inferno had more freedom and not to speak out loud, the game Koloth, Tiel, Marshy, myself and the old gang did was a blast. We had tons of icons for items, dozens of pictures for characters, and if we could get Koloth back (and Tielknight) ...

I wouldn't mind getting called back to work on it, getting into it a few times per week and just poping-around for Q&A.
