The Nine Worlds

I'm thinking I need to be more descriptive... :hmmm: It's hard though, I've haven't exactly been RPing for years, it's only been about a month.

Looks like I'll have a long post coming, everyone interacting with the God in the immediate area they are in, I can imagine the character being of particular importance.

I best get to typing, outside of this thread. =P
 
The Thief
Gender: Male/Female
A poor youth who must steal to feed their family.

Name: Wylfred Valqua

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Class: Thief

Appearance: Wyl wears chain mail under a short sleeved collared shirt. He wears green shorts and brown boots. He wears a blue bandana on his head and carries a brown sash over his shoulders. He is six feet tall and slender for his age. He has blue eyes and a soft pale complexion. His hair is jet black.

Weapon: Wyl carries two daggers around in case of danger. he isn't commited to just these weapons and usually is in search of rare weapons himself.

Personality: Wyl is a mischevious boy who always has his mind set on himself. He is usually selfish, but can open up to strangers if time allows. Wyl is always serious about his missions and what he does and loves to laugh when relaxing. He cares for himself and his friends first, ignoring all others.

Brief History: Wylfred, nicknamed Wyl, grew up in the streets with no money and sharp wits. His parents were nowhere to be found and he was trained to steal and rob from others to get what he wants. As he grew up, Wyl became a professional theif and began to go on missions and adventures seeking riches galore. He is quite attatched to his valuable possessions and will never let them go. One day while exploring an old temple for treasure, Wyl stumbled upon a dark blue crystal. Ever since then he has carried it around with him as a good luck charm.

THE WARRIOR

- Name:: Saul Ueto

- Age:: 18

- Race:: Human

- Appearance:: Saul has tousled dark brown hair and rich amber coloured eyes. His body is well toned from the last seven years of training in fighting he has recieved from his father. At 5'11'', he is quite a tall guy, though he sometimes wishes he had a little more in terms of height seeing as his father towers over him at a giant 6'7''.

His attire consists of tight fitting black pants of a leather like material. He wears a jacket of the same material with a snug fitting black shirt beneath it. Several belts adorn his body, some for decoration, others with an actual purpose (such as holding up his pants).

Saul wears a pair of chains with crosses upon them, given to him when he turned ten by his mother. They are among his most prized possessions, falling short only of his weapons.

- Gender:: Male

- Personality:: Saul comes across as a being a 'hard ass', which he can be when he's in the right mood. However, for the most part, he is a fun loving, upbeat kind of guy who is as playful as a puppy. Somewhat cheeky and mischievous, Saul is the kind of guy who often acts before thinking, oft times landing himself in a whole heap of trouble.

- Weapons::

A pair of metal claws that fit over Saul's hands. This turns Saul into a purely physical fighter and suits his style of preferring to get up close.

- Abilities:: Increased speed - able to fight and move faster.
Increased Stamina and Endurance -enables the warrior to fight for much longer than normal.
Increased strength - a boost to his physical strength

- History:: Saul has always been your typical, very day sort of boy. Well as typical as a boy one can be with a warrior father who insisted on getting Saul trained from as early an age as possible. Within two years of his training, he shrugged away the stereotypical view of warrior's being sword wielders and took up his preferred choice, the claws.

Shortly before the attack on the city, Saul found his speed had increased along with his battle capabilities. His stamina was boosted, as was his endurance, allowing him to last much longer in a fight. The young man is still adapting to the increase in strength that has suddenly budded within him.

- Weakness:: Saul is weak to magic, being built for physical combat.
He also has a weakness for blue eyes... fair hair... yeah, you get the idea.

At least you have some months under your belt, I own have been at it for a month. :P I think I do alright though, especially considering I have very little experience still.
 
You're in the same situation I am in, Cerb. I have only been going for a small time, but it is still fun to try new things on here.
 
Yeah, and it helps with activity. I needed to do something new, a fresh experience, and RPing is awesome, definitely have no regrets about getting into it. :D

I've only been doing it for a week I think. Not long anyway, and I only have a few posts, but I'm glad I'm having the experience of it. It is a lot of fun.


I was wondering... I know I posted my bios up in here and will improve them as I go along, but do I still eventually need to post them in a thread for Jesse to check through them in order for them to become proper characters? Or is it ok to leave them in here? It's confusing me as I see many characters being posted up and needed to be approved with the Jesse stamp. Is that just for tournaments vs characters or something (I think they occur, don't they?)?

Anyway, the role of Black Mage needs filling. Taylana needs a rival, and the Heroes need some aggressive magic.
 
Anyone is free to interrupt Lloyed and Arukab if you like, Interaction with someone other than Myself would be nice. Fighting myself would be interesting...
