Okay the next one I won't miss. I guess I was so excited about Halloween that I forgot about to send the entries. x.x;;
 
The Virtues are anything of Moral Excellence.

Like something represent Beauty, Ability courage etc etc.

However, there are a lot. So I think they mean the Western virtues, I think there are seven virtues? Since they are opposed to the seven sins (lust, greed etc etc), could be wrong though.

In Catholic catechism, the seven virtues refers to one of two lists of virtues, most commonly referring to the 4 Cardinal virtues of Prudence, Justice, Restraint or Temperance, and Courage or Fortitude, and the 3 Theological virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love or Charity; these were adopted by the Church Fathers from virtue as defined by the Greek philosophers Plato and Aristotle.


An alternative list is the Seven heavenly virtues, opposed to the Seven deadly sins, and consisting of Chastity, Temperance, Charity, Diligence, Patience, Kindness, and Humility.

So I guess any of those mentioned above would be okay to use.

There is a lot of different options.

There should definitely be some variety in this weeks competition. =D

I know we had a winter theme in 2007, but I don't think we had one in 2008, and since it's so cold at the moment, it seemed fantastic :wacky:
 
I just checked, and we haven't done Winter as a theme since SOTW 24, so nearly 100 SOTWs ago...and none of those GFXers are here now. So, it should be very interesting!
 
I'd just like to stress, once more, that voting for your own stuff is a HUGE NO. We have public voting on, so we know who votes for what...so if you vote for your own stuff, you WILL be disqualified. I REALLY hope I don't have to do that again.

Well, we haven't had a FFXIII specific SOTW yet xD and since it's just got a release date, I thought...why the hell not.

I already know what I'm making the theme for SOTW 120 and AOTW 70. It's recycling and old one that last got used about two years ago xD
 
Since people are STILL voting for themselves, I'm going to change the rules a little. We have a public vote, I know who voted for what, so if you vote for yourself, not only will your entry be disqualified from the current weeks contest, you will be banned from the next TWO weeks.
 
Could someone check the first posts for me? I updated the usernames, but I think I've got Vikki confused with someone else...last I recalled she had 9 AOTW wins, but there are 11 Sorceress Ultimecia's in the AOTW list.

I want to make sure I've updated everyone's username too, etc ^^
