OMFG, I LOVE number 3! I love the paint splatters all around against the black background. And although the chibi-ness of number 7 appeals to me as well, I still have to go with number 3! :monster:
 
I really like number 3 and 7!

It was hard to choose because they both had different themes and were both equally as attractive.

However I chose #3 in the end simply because I like the more serious feel of this one. XD I love the splatters of paint all around the image and the blending is great! I love the text and how the bottom line of text blends into the background giving it a darker edge feel. The character looks very glossy too! Very good quality image. =0

I also like the border in signature number 1. Very different. Haven't seen one like that before. XD

Alright let's do this. I figured I can take the time and analyze everyone's tags and decide which one is more fit for my liking. ;)

#1 - I love the border. Really stood out to me and the blending is the best one out of the bunch. The dark tiny splatter effects is really good and the composition as a whole is amazing. Text fits and I simply love this tag, period.

#2 - This is pretty good too. Great lighting and I especially love that 'oh-engulf-me-lighting' effect. Composition-wise though, I think it could have been better. Text is neat and I like the simplicity of it.

#3 - Very artistic comes to mind. In fact I must admit that this one caught me right off the bat as I skimmed through them all at first. I love the play of colors, but I am not sure about the blurred lighting behind the character. It seems to be out of place somehow. Text could have been better as well, but all in all this is a fabulous tag.

#4 - Loving the effects and the whole look to it. Color theme complement the character, vice-versa. Normally I'm not into purple a whole lot, but this kind of purple works with the dark mixed into the picture.

#5 - The lines are unique, which I like. I love the color theme here as well, and the dark surrounding the lighter theme in the middle. However the blurryness around the character seems a little off for some reason. Other than that I really dig the 'rocky-looking' background.

#6 - Pretty neat but the lighting is too washed out and overwhelming. Perhaps if the purple color in the background were a tad bit lighter, it would have looked a lot better and all in all the background would be in harmony with the effects. I like the text but yes, this one seems to be a tad bit incomplete.

#7 - It's really cute. The effects are nice and the text really stood out. The background has a nice bright color theme which seems to match the mood of the characters, so that's good. I like work where the colors are taken into consideration depending on the characters used and the mood they are in.



So after much consideration, I'm going for the one that aesthetically appeal to me the most and that is #1. At first I was going to vote for #3 due to the fact that it caught my attention first, but after looking at #1, it really is a grand signature so it deserves my vote for this week. =]

Well done to everyone though! That was a tough one.
 
One for me. The text is perfect and I love the overall effect of it. It's not overdone and it's not overly simplified. The border fits perfectly too.
 
Im voting for number 3. I really like the splatter brushes and they look really good with the black background. The text looks really good with the splatter effects around it. The render looks very good too, it is blended well and I like the subtle touch of light in the top right corner of the render.
 
Aww hell....there's ALOT of good ones here, it was hard for me to vote. Actually I can't remember the last time I saw a SOTW on a forum with this many good entries, I'm kinda surprised actually xD

#1 is just fantastic, whoever made it is really good. It has so many effects in it and you'd think it would be cluttered but they all blend together very well. The border is pretty nifty too.

#2 is rather simple, but simple can be good too and I like the color tones, almost gives off a parchment look. Plus I liked Nnoitra alot.

#3...wow, talk about standing out and doing something unique with a stock I've seen a billion times. Simple idea but executed great.

Those were my favorites but the others were good too...in the end though, I voted for #1. It's alot more complex and seems like it would take a higher level of skill to be able to make everything fit together the way it does, I sure as hell wouldn't be able to do it. I wish I could vote for second and third places, I'd put #3 in second place and #2 in third place. Oh well.
 
Oh, LOL! xD... Number 7 is just... Woah. That got my vote. It catched my eye, it's funny, and I love how the colours work. ^^

Actually like the purple-ness in number 6 better, but the one that appeals to me most has to be number 7. It looks cute, the boarder works nicely me thinks, and the text just put the icing on it. VERY good. LOL, thanks to whoever made it 'cause it really made my horrible day. ^^ *Feels much better now* Nom nom nom....
 
I haven't voted in a SotW in quite a while...and this one is very difficult to judge. It's also great because for the first time in a while, I can't readily identify all of the participants. :wacky: Well, there are a few exceptions...but yeah.

All of these entries are very good...but a few stand out to me, namely One and Three.

Three is interesting and quite creative. There's a simplicity there that I find appealing...and it caught my eye immediately when I scrolled through the entries.

One, however, just made my jaw drop. There are all kinds of subtle blending effects that just left me cross-eyed, and the border is super-unique. I just...wow.

So yeah, my vote goes to One, with Three at a close second. But well done to everyone...you all really outdid yourselves in this one. :ness:
 
I really like number 3 its beautiful. I love the background colors and griimjow looks so cool. I also found number 3 to be the best one in all of these. Although number 1 was really close for me but still number 3 earned my vote. BLEACH FTW!!!!
 
i voted for #6.

its got great colours and the character was nicely placed in that place. the font was nice too.

1-2-5-7 for me.

All are nice, but these stand out better to me.

Number two,I like the use of brushes in it and the color-light blending of character and background together even though there's a part that does not match the whole sig-brushes in the middle-right of the back ground but in total, nice work. Number five Well done the style, I bet I already have seen it in the previous SOTW too. Nice colors and everything, but the pink glowing circles just don't match up with the brownish colors. and the brush behind the text distracts the focus.totally has done some nice brush works. I prefer two more!
number seven, The color, text, and stock used all match together and all give a nice feeling! All items are matched well also like the light blending at the edges of the characters! even though I see some C4Ds in it which is not my type at all, but it's not just C4D. Also photoshop! After some times, thinking, but not too much, My first vote goes to number TWO. Then seven and then five. the rest have done well.
 
Too tired to go through and crit each siggy tonight, so I'll just say I picked #1. The border is AWESOME, the affects used are awesome as well, but the overall feel of the sig and the render is very dynamic. Wonderful job to whoever made this.

Great use of effects that look sharp and clear, the complete image is breathtaking and a brilliant work. You did a great job getting the picture to merge with the effects.
