This weeks theme was Mortal Kombat and here are the entries I recieved.

I voted for (7) because it looks really smooth and well made. Some of the others look a bit grainy to me. Honestly I don't know much about graphics, I just point at the pretty colours but the text, colours and picture just seems come together in the most complete way in (7).

I voted for number 2.

I liked the colours and the lighting in this one. The blues, green and yellows look great and the lighting makes them stand out brilliantly!

The blending is done very well and makes the character stand out, nailing the focal point wonderfully.

The text is also placed very well and the font chosen looks lovely!

I love the lines that are vaguely apparent down in the right hand corner on his sleeve near that splash of light and then also up a bit further on the left of his head.

Makes the image pop out a bit more.

Lovely simple border to finish this one off nicely.

I'm voting for number two. I think it stands out from the rest. I like how the blurry background effects contrast with the clearer, brighter foreground effects. The lightning patterns complement the render well (and work will with the Sigs theme). The white border is a nice touch too.

i vote for 2. Nice lighting for the sig. It actually looks like shadow is casted from the spear of light in his hand (or whatever it is). Also, the colour and darkness suits the character. Some of the other look too busy or a bit hazy.

I'm not usually a fan of signatures that feel like they have a monotone going about, but I really prefer number 8's execution of it's lighting and effects.

Im loving number 3. I love how the image jumps out at you. And the colours and image work perfectly. Nice job.

Tie between 3 and 6 for me.

3: Nice effects and overall, good colours used. Text and etc. were also well positioned.

6: I really liked the colour for this one, as well as the text and effects.
