Nihilus [me] vs Viper

I figured my DEF and custom armour would be more than sufficient to handle him, and with my 90 STR, I'd plough through his defenses. I guess I did, but with him having 340HP as well it was a bit harder than anticipated. Fortunately his DEX is quite poor too, and considering he dual wields... he missed a fair bit.

Alas, I immediately gained the upper hand having cast Energy Focus and Battle Cry, pelting him with hits of around 45-80 per turn. I thought I was in a spot of trouble at one point too, but luckily had a few more Hi-Potions up the sleeve.

Nihilus 1 - 0 Viper

Overall: Nihilus 2 - 0 rivals.
:wacky:

Had a battle with Gabranth (we were both Lv 14 at the time) yesterday, and, of course, lost, he is Gabranth, an old RPG Inferno pro.

It seemed fairly close though, it at first was pretty one sided for Gabranth, but then I started evading more, and dealing some pretty decent damage, not missing as much as I was at first.

It was going okay for me for a while, but I couldn't endure, just had way too many of my attacks evaded, and way too few of his attacks evaded.

I kind of made a dumb mistake a couple of times, two of the times I went to cast Cure, the target was set to Gabranth by default for some reason, and two of the times I didn't notice, and cured him instead of me... >_<

So yeah, very flawed battle on my part, though I had a rematch with him today (but this time I was Lv 15, and he was still Lv 14), though I wouldn't count it, because after a relatively short time, he decided he couldn't be bothered with 30+ minutes of potions and healing, so selected to Escape, leaving me, technically, with a win, and 1 Gil. :P

While I'm here, I may as well ask, would anyone like to have a one on one battle with me? Just one thing, preferably someone that is within a level of mine (Lv 15).

Edit: Just had a match against Viper a short time ago, knew I wouldn't win before even starting it, but he wanted a match, so I accepted, despite him having 25 points more STR and 14 more points of DEF than me, as well as quite a bit more HP.

As expected, lost again, but put up a pretty good, long fight, for having as inferior of STR, DEF, and HP as I did, it lasted a good amount of time, and was very challenging, I kept quite consistently taking 50+ damage from his attacks, made it hard to survive as long as I did.

And guess what? This time around I didn't accidentally cure the opponent, not once!

Well, if you count that brief rematch I had against Gabranth, then I guess it's 1 win, and 2 losses for me...

Remember guys, if you want me to add it in the statistics, I need details of the battle, even if just a little. I cannot stress this enough. =P

...
Let me think.....

The battle was pretty much the same - attack heal, attack heal. But since I had the higher EVA and DEX, I held out my heals longer than FFGuy. So he ran out of MP and Potions before me.

Lets see
Rene Skylar vs Dark Cloud: I started because I was faster we kept on attacking until our HP was almost 100 and then we used potions I was able to survive more because my potions healed a lot than he did since he used potions which heals only 80HP while I used potions which heals 140HP, until we finished all our potions I ended up winning.

Rene Skylar vs Dark Cloud: pretty much the same previous battle but he used Hi-potions this time which heals 100HP and it did work he defeated me.

Maijn Vegeta vs Dark Cloud: We just attacked in this battle he had almost around 100 HP but he didn't heal, then I attacked and it was a lucky shot that did over 100HP damage, and so I won.

ssbmaster vs Dark Cloud: Well I just attacked in this battle because he was able to land two attacks only and then he spent all of the time healing when he was using cure he made a mistake and healed me so I healed him and then I started attacking him again until he ran out of MP and potions and then I killed him and won. ^^

i walked all over ssbmaster mere minutes after my defeat at the hands of DC and made easy work of the newbie, beating him with a spare 6 potions

majin vegeta Vs ssbmaster- winner Majin vegeta

>_> Yeah well when you get to attack twice as much I do and your EVA and DEX is significantly higher than mine, would you call that a very fair battle?

I don't usually say much from a loss but congratulate the winner, but once you come here and post the battle and the details, you describe it as walking all over me, making easy work of the "newbie", I'd at least expect my opponent to be a good winner, but oh how you brag.

So I've made the mistake of increasing DEF and EVA pretty much equally up to this point, but once more areas are added (who knows when), and I'm leveling up more, I'll be focusing more EVA, and try to keep DEX up close with it, and SPD has got to get higher.

Yeah, Majin, you beat me without even coming close to defeat, but cherish the win, the next time I even consider having a rematch with you, I'll be sure I'll have all I need to defeat you.

And how long am I going to be a "newbie", anyways? I've been here for weeks, and I've been posting on forums for years, it's none too new to me. A lot of the time, when I post, do I sound like a newbie? Ignore the post count for a moment if you can, I've made thousands of posts throughout various forums over the Internet.

If you don't believe it, I can show you two of the places where I have a high post count, so you'd get the picture after seeing my post count from just two different places, that is, if just saying it isn't enough.

Sorry if I got a bit carried away, but I just realized how Majin takes a win, unless he was joking, which it didn't sound like he was, because yeah, if that is what he is like, then I'd expect him to say something of the sort, because he did have exactly twice as much SPD as me, and I didn't stand a chance, I knew it before starting the battle, he wanted to win against somebody after his loss to DC, and I accepted to be his punching bag...

let's see I won again against ssbmaster, since he asked for a rematch.
ssbmaster vs Dark Cloud: The battle was pretty much like the one before it but I just had to use 4 potions in this battle, I admit the mate is stronger than before but still I won. So winner: Dark Cloud. :wacky:

I figured you'd win, but with the improvements I made, I wanted to see how I compare at the time, since I don't know when the next time I'll be able to start leveling up again will be.

It'd be nice to start winning a few though, still. I'll try to get things heading in the right direction when more areas are added to the RPG, which, when that will be, I predict...next year. :P

Again I battled ssbmaster
ssbmaster vs Dark Cloud: Well the battle was attack and heal for me and attack, heal and cast magic for him, so we battled until we ran out of potions, and I killed him while I had 38 HP left D:
Winner: Dark Cloud

I almost had you, it was frustrating, one more turn, and I would've taken off that 38 HP, since some of my attacks were doing almost twice as much as that...

Anyways, I just had a battle against Shadow, and it was probably the longest battle I've ever had in the RPG. :P

It was decided from before the battle started, that, since he was just level 14, and I'm level 18, that I would not use Cure or any potions, so I didn't, but he was free to.

Once, though, he accidentally casted Cure on me. XD Other than that he put up a good fight for his level, needs to increase his STR though, just wasn't chipping my HP away much with his attacks, several of the dealing 0 damage.

I had, as long as I could, casted Energy Focus on myself to help deal greater damage, and it's level 8, so it lasted a while after each use.

In the end, the ssbmaster vs Shadow of SeeD was won by me, glad to have finally won a full lengthed battle, it was long, and dragged on quite a bit, but was fun overall. ^_^

Whew, i had a drastic battle with Dark Tidus.
Truly, even though i was a few levels higher than him then
Was level 15, and DT was 13.
And well. We fought... For a real long while..

His evasion, at 50 was something i can barely ignore. We started the match, us both dual wielding weapons. His being double Anduriels, and mine, being a Tyrant and my Furion, which i crafted myself.
We fought. Having a higher level gave me an opinion i would win. Well, i did, but not without having to use a lot of Cure spells. His evasion served its purpose. I nearly couldn't even touch him throughout the entire match.
But fortunately, when i did, i hit like 50 over damage on ends. And ultimately, i managed to reduce his health enough to have him use Cure till he could go no further.
Yep, proud to announce, I'm victorious. At least, for now. Its also a fact he had really weak armoury and weapons at the time of battle. Probably not realizing he could get them at Ranabanstre.

I just fought ssbmaster.
Even though we were both level 18 the battle went pretty quickly mainly because I got the first hit. My first strike took him to about 2/3 health then he casted Energy Focus which let me hit him again. He hit me and I hit him back. By then he was in low health so he had to heal constantly.

In the end I won the battle ssbmaster Vs. Dark Tidus

Not to mention, use of potions was decided against, and that's something a rely on quite a bit for quick, significant HP & MP recovery. >_>

Edit: Just had a rematch with Dark Tidus, and with us both at Level 18, we were pretty evenly matched, being able to use our potions, anyway.

It lasted nearly half an hour. Recently, I figured out a way to cast Energy Focus on top of Energy Focus on myself, well, kind of, and DT caught on and got to doing it as well.

It was that no matter what target I casted Energy Focus on, it would always effect my stats, so I could cast it on DT, then in the next turn, myself, then it would increase my stats much more greatly, as it did with DT when he started to do that.

Anyways, enough about the spell trick. I did use that a lot to help me land the hits, and with power, wouldn't have won without it, and since potions were a significant part of this battle, I will say that DT has 7 Healing Waters + Hi Potions, and an Elixer, while I had 7 Elixer + Hi Potions, and an Elixer (advantage being that my potions also recovered MP, while still recovering 180 HP).

For most of my attacks, my STR was usually in the 70s, sometimes over 80, when I was lucky with my spell casting, and DEX was mostly in the late 50s, or into the 60s.

DT didn't cast magic much at first, but as the battle went on, he got casting more, curing and energy focusing (mostly the later), it was a very good fight, we both took off pretty severe damage with our attacks, and many of them actually landed (thanks to boosted DEX), lots of the attacks did will over 50 damage, some of my attacks dealt over 70.

Anyway, I've probably given out quite enough details about the battle now, I've probably bored you all by now. :P The winner of this battle, was...me! I had 2 Elixer + Hi Potions to spare.

I finally won a battle against someone of my own level, it's a good confidence booster. Who did you think won before I said it? I give DT credit, he put up a great fight, it was very enjoyable. ^_^

Yesterday i went against Dark Tidus even though i am level 13 i wanted to see how far i would go against aplayer and as far as i know i diok in my point of view im not sure how DT thinks i did, if record serves me right he said did pretty good for my level.

Well, good going, nice job putting a fight against a player so many levels higher than you. :)

I had a match against Fusionist yesterday (sorry I didn't post it then, kept putting it off. >_>), we were both Level 18, and the battle was fairly long.

My DEX was 10 points higher than his EVA before I casted Energy Focus spells, so most of my attacks landed, although even so, several were still evaded.

I've never had a battle with any player that had more MP, he has 300 MP, he casted Fire quite a lot, since his DEX was low, quite a few of his attacks missed, even though my EVA isn't overly high (28).

He had good defense (44 DEF), so I probably had more trouble dealing many very heavily damaging blows to him than anyone else I've had a match against, he has a lot of strengths, but also has his weaknesses.

Overall though, a good player, it was a very fun match, and, in the end, I was the victor, with 1 Elixer + Hi Potion remaining.

Also, several days ago I had a battle against Tielknight, he was Level 17, and I was Level 18 then, too. I've been Level 18 for ages.

Anyways, well, I was looking forward to the battle, but when I got into it, he didn't really do all he could to win, he was attacking, of course, but he didn't use any potions... >.>

Unsure whether that should count here or not, but I thought I'd bring it up.

I noticed I still don't have any wins up on the list, I've had at least 2 wins that should for no reason not count, what do you mean by adding all my losses, and none of my wins? :P

I haven't updated for awhile now. >.> I shall do so now, no worries. =]

***There, updated. xD

Oh, and there was also that battle against Shadow that I had and won, posted some details of the battle a ways back on this page, almost forgot about that battle...

He was at a unfairly lower level than me though, but he accepted to have a battle against me, he survived a good while, though. ^_^
