So how do we check our reputation comments given? I did not see it in user cp. Perhaps im blind.
EDIT: Also, i gave someone rep, then i scrolled down to give another person rep and it said you cant give rep to someone in same post. And it wasnt the same person
EDIT2: Ok so i went to give {person} rep and it told me i couldnt in the same post, then i went to another thread to try it and it said i gotta spread the rep around not only to {person} when i didnt give {person} rep even though i tried too.
Edit3: According to {person} i ended up giving them rep even though it said i couldnt

Why is Decado adding relatively pointless features like this (which TFF did better, I might add) instead of fixing the buddy list problem which has been around for months? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

And yes, you can give others rep points. Click on the button by the online/offline icon, then you can "approve" or "disapprove" of their post.

I dunno, I guess people aren't too concerned about the buddy list. We had a list of suggestions come up lately and rep was included in these lists of suggestions
though, every vBulletin comes with a reputation system already installed. It's just been turned off for a really long time.
my theory is that previous staff already had trouble with it and decided to turn it off.
acutally, for me it's the one with the gay blue square in it
It's not anymore pointless than the buddylists, usernotes, PM's, etc
I definitely don't ever recall it being turned on. I'm positive this is the first time.

Well, apparently a former admin had his reputation shooting through the roof and had a shitload of rep powhar
So it had to have been turned on at some time or another. Maybe it was turned on for like, two seconds for shits and giggles.
Had this on a couple of other boards I used to prowl. Nice little thing but we shall see how well it fares

Actually PMs are quite useful, especially for the mods. Usernotes are pretty pointless, half the time I forget they exist

I'm with Bam on this one. I'm sure people will use it for a while (especially newfags who spazz at nifty little features), but it seems it'll either go by the wayside eventually, or only certain people will use it for shits and giggles.
Obviously some do, as evidenced by me and Bam. But whatever, it's not a big deal so I'll stop complaining. I'd just rather see a more useful feature tacked onto the site...or something like new skins or a less complicated layout.
Which was my point.
That just reminded me of the 'thanks' feature. It involves the rep, and is just like repping someone, but there's a button near the quote, top, and multiquote buttons that says 'thanks'.
I think it'd be a lot more lucid and easier to notice than rep.
