I heard Toni was doing some GFX and now I get to finally see it :lew:

For your avvy Jos, I give it an 8. It's really cute and I like how bright it is...the animation awesome too. I've always wanted an animated avvy but I've never found any I like :(

For your sig I give it a 9. I think she did an awesome job :lew: I like the text, the anime pic, and the use of the lighting with the subtle effects (I love how it looks like fabric a bit in some spots). ...and it's PINK!!! :raye: <3
 
Ooooh Mel I really like your set ^_^

It's simple, but not boring, and I love the red glow. And the text! I love how her eyes are in it. Kira did a really nice job.

10/10 because it's just really good :lew:
 
I like the lighting effect around your central character, it makes it look very simple and western if I may say so. It's a fine set so 9/10. Though the Makka Pakka kinda puts one annoying image in my head.. ;)
 
Icon: I like it. :) I like the placement, the focus, and the font used. It could use some more lighting perhaps. :hmmm: But either way, it's still very nice! :ryan:

Sig: It's a bit on the small side... and the image itself looks a bit LQ, kinda choppy. Other then that, I like what it has going on. It's simple(one of my fav things in GFX) but it's still unique. I like that there's no border, as well. I detest those :lew:

Over all set I'd give an 8/10. ♥

Even though it's just a crop, there is a nice red shade below the person.

I have commented on the lighting techniques you used in the other thread, but the text and icons below the sig are creative. I like them =)
 
Dude! Your set is awesome! Escpecially the sig, I like the effects around it, and I like the fact that it kind of looks like a mega render though too. The avi has nice lighting on it too, so it doesn't look just like a crop of the sig. Kudos.

However, I do find Ultros really....scary.

I like the render used and I LOVE the colors. I actually cannot spot one thing that throws me off. If it wasn't a Tifa sig I'd probably ask to use it :lew: It's just really really pretty!! Great job! ♥
 
Avatar: 8/10 I do like the artwork in it, but I dislike the colors.

Sig: 7/10 As previously stated, I don't exactly like how the colors work with the character, knowing how he is in the game.

I can't tell what it is. :lew: I love it's unqiueness though and the color is awesome. It looks a bit blurry though. :/
 
Yes, yes I did. Apparently I was not on the right page. >< Damnit. Let me do this again...

Avatar: I do like the little moving effect in the bottom right, but other than that the solid yellow is just to plain for me. I'd give it a 6/10.

Signature: The colors blend well for a nice Hawaiian theme, but other than that...it seems a bit...out there. Just a little too much going on in a small place. 7/10.
 
Maybe 8/10 I like the backround.

Its got nice texture and detail.

Maybe it should have Blue instead of yellow.

Cause its Final Fantasy VII and alot of things are Light Blue

Avi 5/10 - It's nice and simple though it's a bit small and you can just barley see Vincent's face. It needs to be a little larger to see the detail. Apart from that, it's nice.

Sig 9/10 - I love it.
 
Avatar: 3/10 A little too simple for my standards.

Signature A: 8/10 - I love the shifting images of Cloud and Zack's faces. It's very emotive but clean. "Tell me that you still recall my name ..." that's a deep and effective quote. Nice usage of words. I like this.

Signature B: 8.5/10 - Loving the rain effect behind Tidus and the manipulation of the background. I adore the faded image of his torso in the bg. I'm not a fan of the text face though.
 
Avatar: ( 7/10 ) Like what's been done with the colours in the background and the overlays - they go wonderfully with the image. (red to blood and dark bg to the brown) Nothing too overdone here, nice and simple. White border feels a bit too strong on both the avatar and signature though, so it feels very 'boxed' and defined in the sizes. (if that makes sense >__<)

Sig: ( 6/10 ) The variations in text is initially where my eyes are drawn, and the consistancy of it is just broken for me - I see different styles, cursive, serif, stencil and almost what seems like a tech sort of block at the bottom. I really can't say i'm a fan of it all together, as the blending doesnt seem natural. Moving from that, the background, again, is simple and nicely done. The gradients between the images and colours are still present, though it seems the sig takes a much more white-base to the image, and I can't really see white matching up to the image in any way, other than the silver reflections of the character. Again, the thick white border is very prominent and it feels more like a clickable web-banner than a signature image.

I like the whole idea the artist was going for, and in some parts it actually works. However, in some parts just kinda looks half-assed. :( 6/10

Avatar: I like it. It's simple, but lighting on Nocts is too strong. 7/10
 
Avatar: I like the colors and I like the placement of the focus(which is Goku). It looks a little too burned though. :wacky:

Signature: I love the placement of Goku and I like the orange and red lighting, that yellowish tan color over the whole sig is nice too. I just wish that it had a border and some font. :okay:
 
Ooh Cali, that sig is simply gorgeous! :jess: *touches* The colours are soft and well balanced - the baby blues, white lighting and sophisticated pinks work very well together, and the green leaves and yellow pollen add depth. The text is subtle and soft and brings the piece together, which I commend you for; my text always looks a bit separate from the rest of my work. :sad3: The curved border works very well too, enhancing the overall softness. :)

Pic 8/10, a nice romance scene that has good contrasting colours.
Sig 9/10. Love the cloudy effect and the shading that blends in well. The second one's colours really add to the girl's blonde hair andher pale appearance.

The signature: Odd shape... it's short and wide, but it's cool. I like the placement of the summon and the text. I also like the lil light flares. Simple but good. ♥
 
Your Avi gets a 6/10. I love the elephant and the nice warm color and vibe coming from it. However I haven't really been a fan of circle avatars and the white border kind of takes away from it.

Siggy however gets an adorable 9/10 for me. I lub lub lub the little kitten subject! =3 I also love the nice pink warm glow the whole thing has about it. Love the text and the rounded shape of it. I wouldn't mind it having a little more in there but other than that this adorable sig is near perfect. :3
