Most of the confiscated goods room has been completely torn apart. Only a few items remain.

The first is a bottle of pain pills. These will temporarily raise your HP to one hundred percent, and then drop it by one% every time you post in the game thread until it's back to its original mark.

The second is a molotov cocktail.

In the firearms room is a combat shotgun, considerably more powerful than the Chrome Shotgun.

There is also a rapier. Seems this should have been in the confiscated goods room but ended up here.
 
The hospital has three floors, which you must ascend, then descend again to get to the bottom. The first door is directly ahead.

In the firearms room, orange fluid drips from the ceiling, landing at Harlequin's feet.
 
Let's barricade off the entrance to the hospital first, then enter the first floor area. Don't want zombies nipping at our heels, you see.

The Throttler falls off Harlequin and spins on the ceiling, swiping at Kevin and sending him back with blood dripping from his cheeks and nose. A vile, euphoric rasp emits from its throat.
