i need to watch homeland first. and catch up on breaking bad. and i want to start a couple of new shows as well

you need to see 24 from the start. Imo the last season was the poorest of them all. The film was great and it had Robert Carlyle in it. ITs just such an addicting show. These days im usually scanning for documentaries on net flix and youtube. Oz was another great tv drama. Toni and Jimmy willl both agree on that.
Only watched the first few episodes of breaking bad and i did like lt but for some reason i was busy and never continued with it. 1/3 through dexter season 2...again not watched it in forever. I found it be pretty slow. Heard it gets better though

Everything pales in comparison to The Wire
Not sure ive seen it but it cant beat 24. Nothing can.
Have you seen the unit? I think theres maybe 4 seasons of it. Only seen the first season but it was good. David Palmer from 24 is in it and Robert Patrick the T1000 in terminator 2 is in it also. And speaking of Terminators the Sarah Connor chronicles was a pretty good show. Sadly it got cancelled after season 2 and your left with an ending that begs for another. Its sad great shows like that and friefly get booted.

The Wire was so good that after it was cancelled due to low viewing figures, HBO brought it back anyways because they said it was such a good show
