Although avoid placing the focal in the middle. Mits said it in La Primavera. But over-all, that's pretty impressive. 
Got bored so I deciced to make a ava/sig set.
I'm still a bit rusty.
I think there a little bit to plain.
I made them with GIMP since I have capped internet and can't download PS.
Don't know whats going up with the quality. >_>

Love the lighting and background, and the text is particularly well places keep up the good work dude! 
As for the quality, save it as a .PNG file, not .JPG

I'm not really sure about it. :\ it looks kinda empty, Jayden. L doesn't seem to be blended in it's like he's standing beside a wall but who knows maybe that's what did you want to do. xD
Yeah, I wanted to try and not use a tutorial. So it doesn't look very good. =/

Like kai said it is quite empty, however i think that works perfectly with the theme to be honest. You never know what L is thinking so something plain is perfect i think. Im a fan of simple signatures anyway and i think yours looks great.
Wasn't going to post this one, wasn't really sure about it.
It looks decent enough. I think that maybe you should blend the image in with the background more. Oh and the text should be a different colour or at least a different shade of green in my opinion. Other than that it looks very clean. Don't think I'm picking on you. I'm terrible at signatures. I know what I have to do but can never seem to do it.

Keep trying Jay I'm sure you'll be able to do an amazing sig. Your sig is good since I know you can't work without tuts. >.< But it's good the colors fit with the render so good work Jay.

Tuts are good as a guideline, but personally, I can't work with them.
So anyway. It's not an awful tag, just needs a bit of blending. And Kandy is right, the font color doesn't sit right. Keep practicing though and slowly we'll get you working more on your own creative juices that you swear you don't have. :stare: We'll find em.

Ah cool bud. Very simple, good choices on color, not bad at all. A lot of people do very complex sig's and whatnot... it's good to see something more simplistic for a change. By reading Vikki's post I infer that you're new to the GFX shit... you're doing good. I like when sig's aren't overly busy.
New tag, I'm trying different styles and such, I just smudge the render alot and played around the lay mode thing. <__<
Welcome to the world of smudging. xP It's pretty good in my opinion. I prefer the effect around is hand, it looks pretty cool.
Keep experimenting with it. It's a good start. Moving away from teh tuts! >_> You better be anyway.

Smudging can be difficult so don't worry if you don't get it right first time ^^
And I concur, give up on tuts, they only provide the basics - it's just unfortunate that the more advanced stuff you will have to progress through yourself, but you'll get there! =]
Anyways, getting better, my only niggle is that it's not blended enough, the edges are blended but try getting the bottom blended in a bit with light layers etc.
Keep up the good work dude!

Looks great Jayden! There isn't much going on in the background, but the smudging around the signature is great
And the glowing hand makes it work very well. Text is really good too. Works well with the signature, good selection. Keep it up man!
