would love to see Sephiroth in the RPG, good idea Ruka...also what is Bahamut's max damage with his Mega flare because the most i have had outta it was 1019 ish and it is getting frustrating, also could you Please add the shell that Pheonix had to bahamut, you know the one that adds both Mag and mag def instead of just mag Def
 
Yeah, I can only think that is a mistake, you can buy that Shell at the Olympus Coliseum Shop, but I haven't, I would never use it, it is a useless spell... >_<

Giveth thy pet thee true Shell spell. :P
 
I've added Ex-Death as a boss in Olympus Coliseum. He has a large spell selection....some of which are very strong, although they are all LV1. Ex-Death has over 40,000 HP, so teaming up is almost necessary. He'll cast magic 25% of the time.

If he's too tough, I'll delete some of the spells.

EDIT - Err, I'm not sure now. Regen and Curaga are the most annoying spells a boss can have. It will be almost Impossible defeating it one-one and with team it will be a pain as well.

For those who don't know Regen can be worst than Ultima or any other spell, as it heals +300 each turn, and for many turns, our attacks will be for nothing. I have a hatred towards that spell. -__-
 
Really? It is that strong? >.> Can players have that spell, please? XD

Well, the enemy certain sounds awfully tough, I'm not about to attempt to defeat it right now, just gotta strengthen up and get loads of Gil for now. :P

Now I have been to all areas, now I'm back to training until there are more new areas opened up. :|
 
Since its spells are at Lv1, Regen should miss 20-30% of the time. Since he has a large range of spells, the chance that he will cast Regen is: 0.25 x 0.0625 = 1.6 % of the time.
 
Ex-death was fairly impressive there Gordan...but sadly it only took myself, my pet Shadow dragon and 6 pumpkins to take him down *holds up Ex-deaths head* and also, now that i have killed him, he hasn't vanished from the are Don't worry, i won't kill him again, i think once is enough to prove my point.

Regen was kinda cute compared to my Tornado spell...(thankfully it didn't miss whilst regen was in play)

also are us users going to get Regen or not ?
 
I have been thinking of this for a while, how about we will be able to choose a unique weapon (only for ourselves) by paying a rather high price and lets just say 50 modifier points as we want? I'm pretty sure everyone would love to have a unique sword for a character avatar they choose. Like usually bosses have.

Lets just say that there are various prices, being the highest 1 Million and we can have a Weapon/Ring or glove with 75 Mod points (our choice) and with lets say 300 Def and 300 STR 100 Weight and 200 Enchantment. I know its expensive, but what a heck, we can have our personal weapon!

I would definetively liked to have a fully customized sword without needing to waste lots of hours on raising Wielding, not to mention not having mods at all...

What you say about this?
 
Adding on to Ruka's idea... how about Enchantments actually giving modifiers? For example, Strength could give a +10 STR bonus to anyone who's wielding it, Blessing of Intellect +10 MAG, and for Imbune +10 SPD. I like having all these enchantments available, but the fact that they only raise the items stats doesn't seem that good (plus, once this is done, I can stack up all the enchantments on two Anduriels and watch the bonuses pour in).
 
I am okay with either of these ideas, but I particularly like Ruka's. Enchantments giving modifiers would be nice, but having a 100% customizable weapon of our own, but for a very, very steep price, would be cool.

I wonder how far along Castle Oblivion is coming so far. :P Best of luck with it. :monster:
 
Well having enchantments with bonuses can do all that- just craft an item (and choose its image, name, components, etc.) and enchant it. Voila- it's not truly customizable, but you will be able to decide what its name, class, and image is.
 
Well, Ruka said you probably can't have make enchantments with modifiers, and if it could be done, it probably would have by now, so that most certainly is the case...

So all the more reason for Ruka's idea to happen, I hope an RPG Director will make it happen, it would definitely be nice. :D

The mods can only create enchantments that will boost during the fight. But enchantments do enhance the weapons overall damage and other stats.
as for mods it requires a mod to place them onto an item.
 
I have been looking into the RPG Archives, I found you guys had quite a lot of fun, areas like Calm Lands (Trickster :P) and especially against 7 Chocobos in Macalania ( with spells such as Curaga, Meteor etc...) :wacky:

There were much more players and the RPG Mods also worked together on creating a lot of areas, monsters etc... Sounds like some great times you guys had. :D

Why not bring that fun times again? :monster:

Including: Regen, Holy, Osmose, Curaga, Tonberry Pet, etc...

(Why didn't I found this forum 1 year ago -_-)
 
I have been wondering why they haven't came back yet myself. It would be nice to be able to go through that crap once again.
 
Well it seems in the old times all the mods worked on the RPG, and now only 1 mod at time? =/

Is that because of lack of RPG Players, RPG Directors having few time or it will be removed? =/ I wouldn't like to see the RPG dying slowly.

It would be fun reviving those times, I'm sure there are plenty of new adds, areas, sub-classes, monsters, Pets and challenges. Why not throw all up on the RPG again?
 
I always asked that question to myself "why RPG Directors don't contribute on the RPG?"

I can't really say why since I'm pratically "new", but since I joined the Forum, Julius was the only Active RPG director, and since Gabranth was promoted, he became the only one keeping the RPG alive, he already did a lot for the RPG, but even so.

No offense but RPG Directors aren't supposed to work on the RPG, as mods/Gmods/Admins do their job?
 
Tiel does some work from what I see, but correct me if I am wrong, Koloth hasn't done nothing in the last few months. I also think that this is a matter that should be talked about between the staff here to try and find a solution.
 
Don't piss off RPG Directors. They'll send Cookie Monster after you *winks at Gabby*;).
But yeah, I've noticed that this forum is a bit less active these days. And what happened to the RPG Suggestions thread? I want to see my Underwater Battleground!
 
First of all, no offense, but this section is not the complaints forum. If you all have a common concern regarding the current administrators of the RPG Inferno in FFF, you should make your statements in the designated area for complaints.

Secondly, ever since I was promoted to Global Moderator, I constantly reminded to a few of you that my responsibilities have changed, and so my dedication to the RPG Inferno would be less because I have other stuff to take care about. I have also being bashed with my FINALS at the campus, I have tons of stuff to finish there as well and I barely have time for myself. My activity in the forums will decrease for the time being at least until December 8th since then this semester will be over.

Seriously I would love to work on the RPG more often, but on these months, I can't as long as I do not overcome this essay maraton.

Again, if you all have a complain, share it in the appropiate section and then we could discuss this carefully and consider all possible alternatives.

Lastly, I apologize to the members for my inactivity, but then again, I am overloaded with stuff at the moment.
