No worries, I need a certain number to make it interesting, I may be able to work it out, but I should wait for Survivor so that who wants to sign up can do so. And besides, you always use the Ferfnir that you have Crimson, and that would not work in this world...as it is earth...modern earth so no fantasy creatures...

and FF, Are you in this league? I dont remember you joining...either way I may be wrong, but how is this URP Idea any less original than any others? It is non-cannon, so it's not like we're taking all those characters from the show. It will take place after all the events we saw, so really, it's only the world and concepts I am using -_-

Kills herself on valentines day 2011 after Light dies from despair of his death

So....if I can't have her then I'm not interested...
 
I think it will lack interest. Sorry, but I don't think this idea is gonna quite work out, not meaning to be some negative nelly, I think RPers getting killed won't seem too enthralling. >.>

And only regular ol' twisted humans exclusively as the characters? One; it lacks variety. Two; yeah, this is going to sound weird, but humans are overrated. DX Many humans do the most horrid things, inhumane, indecent...

Albeit not all people are so bad, just the majority, there are still a percentage of good people out there, since there would be such a huge population throughout the entire world, there would be a fair amount of good, caring people that put their intelligence to use for good, not crafting war weapons or planning attacks on the lives of the innocent, good people still around.

Sorry, just feeling pretty serious lately, life has been smacking us (me, my father, and my brother) in the face, and I think more of the way of the world, mankind, my mother is a despicable human being...she's turned our lives upside down twice over, now we should all be done with her, since the latest act involved her leaving. Thank God for that. >_>
 
RP'ers wont be killed :mokken:

An alias is required for all characters, plus I will forbid the killing of one unless planned out ahead of time with me informed...we cant have everyone dying can we?

and Shinigami are always available, in fact I NEED shinigami, so not just humans. Plus not all humans will just kill, I need one detective type to try and stop us.

You could read up on it. Chrono trigger and Chrono Cross were great. I may just go in a different direction with references to the other games...
 
Oh yeah, didn't someone make a Chrono RP at one point? :hmmm: I remember it died.

I also plan on reviving (or rebooting) Solidjuss's FF9 RP "The Fall of the Mages"
 
I actually never really liked Death Note, so srry Squee. Im out.

I like to argue against that point Crimson about rpers getting killed. It just adds an extra dimension of mortality to the rp itself. Granted, the guy getting offed would have to agree, but i think it makes thing more interesting. Plus, itsw good experience writing the death of one of your guys. I mean, its not like we cant use them again. The only time one of my guys died is in the Ultimatum rp by Danny, and even then, she got resurrected via rp plot. Actually offing one for good in the game would be fun.

As for Oliver, i might be interested, so ill read up on it. If you need help, i may be available.
 
Yeah. That person would be me >.> That Chrono Trigger RP was probably my failed efforts? If it really starts up, you know you can count me in. Well, that's later, I guess. Adaptation at it's best. I'll need more time to be able to balance my schedule perfectly.

o_O Well, that's not for me anyways, I'm not one for death, if others would want to get offed in an RP, as you so bluntly put it, power to them. <.<

I haven't played any Chrono games either... :hmmm:
 
You don't really have to have played the Chrono games -_-. I'll link summaries of the previous games to the RP if you wanna know more about the series and what not.

Hey Crimson Wolf isn't a monster, it is a Wolf subspecies, they have a lot of human-like things about them, both in looks and traits, but all fur covered and with the Wolf ears and snout, and they have some magical ability to some degree, never more than some shape shifting skill at first, but some may be able to learn other magic...

I am working out in more detail how Ferfnir came to be, initially they were created after delicate work of mixing DNA and so forth of a Human, and a Wolf, at first one made from a male of each Race/Species, then a female of each Race/Species, with the desire to create something making use of the strengths of both.

Anyone in this thread reading this want to know more, right away, then PM me. It's not ready to be all said to public here yet, I'll just say this much more; people created these to use as war weapons, the whole shape shifting ability bit was an unexpected, but acceptable side effect, though inexplicable, just a visible linking of the two, being able to take on either of their shapes.

But obviously, it became evident that people didn't have to create more for their numbers to increase, they could multiply like any other creature would, and I don't need to answer that for you, if you don't know you're probably too young to be around on forums, so go to school or something. xD
 
IMO character death is not something to avoid by default, assuming it is handled with grace by "adult" people and the death in question is sufficiently epic;) (nothing as lame as a bullet to the prefrontal cortex please, but epic fights with a demon infused other player?)

As for a "monster" status thats a comparison with a status quo... I mean we will all agree that humans are capable of producing some prime examples of "monster" in the shapes of various serial killer and the dude for whom Godwin invented his famous law...
 
Adult? I'm 20 years old. Though a young adult, that is just why death at such a young age would be so tragic and unacceptable, I won't have it, what's so wrong about that? :vikki:
