Oh no! The ceglings have gone missing! FFF received a very worrying note from their mysterious captor.
It reads as follows:
Dear FFF,
Happy 14th birthday! He he he!
I saw these ceglings of yours playing together and they didn’t even keep two metres apart! I’ve fixed that for them! Ha ha! I’ve taken them all away from you and have forced them to self-isolate in various threads in the forum. THEY ARE NOW CAGED! TRY USING THEM! THEY DON'T WORK!
Want to find them? I will give you some clues about which threads they are in:
- If you had a summon in the eighth instalment, what would it look like? This bat-cat cegling is trapped trying to figure this out.
- By all that is holy, this marsupial nun might be trapped in a thread discussing ghosts in a hotel!
- Prophecy can be a pain. Thankfully this festive pup is too innocent to notice the serious implications of the sable-feathered birds in this thread.
- This cegling has been mocked for having a ‘Karen haircut’ by a particularly cheeky mother. It now broods and listens to the remade theme tune of its favourite villain. But in this thread, do you have another track you prefer?
- This cegling is learning that she is not alone in her azure skin in this thread about humans in one of the most fantastical games in the series.
- This cegling reverse-engineered to resemble its ancestor might relate with the metamorphosed baby chocobo forming the theme of this thread.
- The wings of law and order have been clipped, for this cegling now lives in a thread discussing the frustrating portrayal of Dawn’s women…
- FFF loves cats, and this kitten has been forced into a thread of impostor abominations. Confront your fears of the uncanny to rescue her!
- This ice dragon is often confused with an animal LJ hates even though there are no genetic links. Similarly, there are some biological abnormalities in the hairy Eorzean subjects of this thread.
- As a griffin guards gold, this cegling guards the tortured dreams of the lone survivor of a poisoning.
- This grape-loving cegling is reading a lot about Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey in this feature article hosting a digital magazine. Let him know your favourite part of the magazine and he’ll be unlocked!
- This fleshy head is hardly visible at all in this thread about the headquarters of the franchise’s fifth main villain.
- A toddling vegetable has been spotted in a series which its father has been cultivating for many seasons.
- This queen with a big booty is kept in a thread discussing the astronomical implications of her courtly entertainment.
- An ape in an egg? That’s meme material! That’s why this cegling has been relocated to a thread for this sort of thing.
- This antlered dancer is butting heads with two bull siblings in an article dedicated to their origins.
- This mobster dinosaur has seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Find him learning about Replicants in the ninth world.
- If this cegling had a neck it would be red. He is trapped in a pyramid and has slowly developed into an ancient astronaut theorist like his father.
- This sentient breaded feline is salivating over a thread comparing a famous city with another foodstuff.
The ceglings are hiding in the first post of these threads alongside an emote of a key (that’s right, the key is just out of reach for them – ha ha ha!).
You must post in these threads in order to pay their ransom. Your post must be on-topic to the thread (but it can be short if you like) and you must include the smiley of the cegling you are releasing somewhere in your post (for example, at the very end). Once that is done I promise I will release the cegling!
Repeat this process for the others! Ha ha ha!
Think you can manage it? Or should I just throw away the keys right now? Ha ha ha! Oh! I think I can hear Purrsephone crying. I’ll see you later!
Yours truly,
Anonymous Asshole

The nerve of that kidnapper!
We must help the ceglings. Anyone who manages to free a cegling shall gain 2 CT. Anyone who posts in a thread after a cegling has already been freed shall gain 1 CT.
The person who frees the most ceglings shall gain more rewards in the form of Birthweek Points (BWP) and currency.
Any questions, ask in this thread and I’ll see that they get passed on to the Anonymous Asshole.
