I blame the custard creams, they started all this, I'm convinced

Was sick last week which brought on a migraine, so that was me sick as a parrot all week long. Seemed to be ok come Sat, so off out I go, I was ok Sunday as well, bar a mild hangover

Monday I wake up and every inch of my body was just in pain, Headache, cactus throat, swollen glands, aching neck, back, legs, shoulders and BELLY ACHE.

Tuesday, more of the same, only wore belly ache. I ended up scalding my belly on the hot water bottle which is all nice and red raw now, a few blisters just to make it look extra pretty. I was taking anadin for the pain, which was apparently burning a hole in my stomach...not good for what's up with me so I'm told :hmph:

Dragged my sorry arse off to the doctors this morning. I've got gastritis, the startings of a stomach ulcer and a virus

Wahey :hmph:

I can't drink for 4 bastard weeks

Tales of woe please, might make me feel better :mokken:

Well um... there's nothing for me to eat all day.....so I'll probably starve to death by dinner time....

Hope ya feel better :monster:

I had the worst headache ever yesterday and it lasted for like an hour and a half . . .? Okay, no? Yeah, I figured that that couldn't compare to gastritis. I hope you feel better Kelly. Rest up tons, hon, that's obviously the best thing to do when you're sick.

That sounds like one hell of a week. Well reguardless I hope you feel better. Also, depending on how much you drink, I hope you don't go through too many withdrawls due to lack of alcohol. Hey at least it gives you something to look forward to right? :neomon:

My parents left me home alone for a week. With half a roll of toilet roll. I haven't emptied my bowels in three days and I think my ass will rupture if I wait much longer.

Mitsuro wins the thread. I remember this one time though I really had to go, like really, really badly and I couldn't hold it 'cause I was swimming in this wave pool with tons of people. And I was like seven years old and so like I really had to go and it hurt sooooo much so I took a nice lil' piss an felt muuuuuch better. :)

You dont wanna drink with a stomach ulcer. I did and the next day i was vommiting up black sandy stuff and my stomach was burning for days.
Funnily enough my mum got a call today while i was at work. It was the hospital reminding me about my apointment that i have. Im like ehhhhh what appointment 8(
I got blood tests a few months ago now and the doctor said she wanted to have me put to the hospital to get liver tests or something but i never knew she made the appointment. Nice to have a little notice -.-
Apparently they do weekend appointments aswell so when i get the wee card through the door confirming my date its getting chaged if its on a weekend :hmph: No way im sitting in a manky hospital on my days off work -.-
I feel your pain kelly.
Cut oot the booze, it makes a difference sadly :sad3:

I had a severe cold that lasted me a month last September, stopping me from going out to events at freshers week. Let me assure you now, my flatmates thought I had swine flu and refused to acknowledge I existed. >_>

Um, well. Nothing's happened to me lately but I got a buddy with something nasty. He had an ingrown toenail that was so bad that it was piercing through the sides of his toe. He had to have the nail removed all together. I don't know if that'll make you feel better or just make you want to make you vomit more. Either way, feel better. :andry:

oh this be my bestest pal kelly moaning about her health issues.

the same bestest pal who hasnt said hello to me in days :jtc:

how are you anyway? still dying? :jtc:

I have a couple stomach ulcers that I got from my epilepsy medication, so I understand that problem. I also recently (3 weeks ago now) crashed my motorcycle at roughly 75 mph without a helmet and in t-shirt and shorts with sandals on (I usually wear the proper gear, but didn't this one time. Also, I don't remember what happened that caused the accident as I hit with my head first and had some brain trauma, so I can't tell you what happened). I have a broken leg and a crap load of road rash all over my right side, face, and left hand, which means anti-biotics. I haven't been able to drink this entire time, can't go anywhere, have to stay out of direct sunlight when I go outside, and haven't been able to use my hands for really anything except music since the accident. I hope you feel better and this cheers you up a little.

Dude, never ever ever go out without a helmet ever D: D: D:

You're lucky you're not bloody dead. I assume you're like, American or summat? I can't fathom why it's not illegal to not go out without a lid on a bike, it's a death sentence, my dad had a nasty accident years ago, he's got a permanent limp - I can only imagine what would have happened if he didn't have a helmet on :rage:

Get well soon mate, at least I can shuffle about ]:

It's not like alcohol is to blame for a stomach ulcer.

t'was the fucking anadin extras of all things, I thought it was toast making me ill (don't ask why I thought that) so I was popping the anadins to make me feel better, I was feeling worse, taking more...vicious circle :wacky:

Thanks for the get well wishes, but you need to get better also. I am American (though I am not sure I am glad about that) and it was a mistake. Trust me, I realize how lucky I am to still be alive and helmets should be required. Also, sorry about your dad. Anyway, hope all goes well and you get better soon.
