It's a term I actually hear quite a lot over here in good old England (hahah yeah... good).
Most people use it to say they think something is bullshit. Example.
Person One: "I met the Queen!"
Person Two: "Oh, Pish posh"

Well I understand the meaning of pish posh, but I want to know what "I'll pish posh you innaminit!" means.
