Hello, my name is Mark, but you can call me Markio if that suits your fancy. Sadly, I am told that I look like Mario when I run, so that's where that nickname came from. I am a musician first and foremost, but I am also kind of a jack-of-all-trades, meaning I dabble in a little bit of everything. I got into video games a long time ago and was diagnosed with epilepsy around the same time. I have it under control, but it never changed my love for games. The music in video games is what originally drove me to continue playing them so often. Final Fantasy VI's Aria di Mezzo Carrateer is what made me think of learning video game music. I knew the game then as Final Fantasy III, but that doesn't matter. I love meeting new people, as long as they are respectful of me and have a good heart. I am very strange in that I love to argue. It is annoying for some, but I always view it as a good, well-mannered debate without the use of anger teaches. If anyone wants to know more about me, then ask me about things and I will tell you. I don't lie, not even if it makes someone feel better. I was raised to believe that honesty is the best policy and I stick to that. I am what is considered a geek, which is not to be confused with nerd. I am full of trivial knowledge such as the memory span of cows, largest tip ever in the U.S., and various laws that don't make sense. I am currently writing a book, learning new songs to add to my Final Fantasy battle medley, and recovering from a should-be-fatal motorcycle accident. I will post new happenings about the book and the music if anyone cares to see any of it. The book is basically, in simplest terms possible, Dante's Inferno, the comedy. To complete my battle medley, I need two battle songs from FF XI, XII, and XII, then I will have a full battle medley. I hope to get to know all of you soon. I am currently absorbed in Dissidia until I can completely conquer it. I am only 6 acheivements and ultimate gear away from that goal. Anyway, I don't have much more to say, so just send me a message and I will get back to you. Have a good day all.

Welcome to the forums :monster:

You sound like an interesting chap, hope you stick around and wotnot

Welcome, fellow musician. What instruments does Markio play? :lew:

Hope you enjoy your stay, and like Bambi said, hope you stick around. ^^

Howdy and welcome to Final Fantasy Forums! I hope you enjoy yourself!

I quite like your introduction =]

Welcome to the forums! :dave:

First off: I LOVE your username :awesome:

Also, your book sounds interesting and it's cool that you're a musician as well, I do both of those things too ^^ And you have great taste in FF music, IMO VI has one of the best soundtracks in the series, despite the less advanced technology :monster:

Welcome, hope you have lots of fun here!

Thank you, all of you. I feel well liked. To answer Coulors question, I play piano, guitar, bass, sax (all types), clarinet, trumpet, trombone, tuba, organ, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and I am working on learning flute. I know the piano, guitar, bass, percussion, and trumpet best, however. You can actually find me performing on youtube at an anime convention; just search for NDK piano guy and I should be the first 3 videos. Just so everyone knows, I do play music no less than 3 hours a day. I do want to say thanks again to all who welcomed me. I will, no doubt, enjoy my stay with such friendly forum-goers.
