Forum Downtime?

I just wanted to ask what's been up with the forum lately? A lot of people having trouble getting on to the forum it's been down and out for a long time period each time it is out, and now it has like brief moments going on.

I don't have screenshots of the other times it happened, but these are just examples of what seems to happen a lot. I don't think we've actually had a proper heads up on technical construction being done, so... I'm a bit confused, as well as others that have the same problems.
 
Yup, this has been happening to me for about two or three days now. :hmmm:
 
I just saw the 502: Bad Gateway about an hour ago as I was trying to respond to a thread.

The database error has been going on for a while now for me. Every once in a while it comes up
 
yep same hyere, i been like only been able to get on like twice in the past few days.... now is the first time I been able to get on today :sad3:
 
I got the page saying 'The page you are looking for can't be found' and I was like :( haha I have been getting this a lot though too, which really sucks.
 
I got the same thing the other day... so I just went back to playing video games. Anyone else get down on that Steam sale?
 
Unfortunately Admins have no idea. We have not seen anything from the technical folks yet via thread.
 
All I heard, and from what I saw was a small note in the SB about something that Bel said, no clue what about though. Was mentioned on FB by someone.

Yep, he said that there would be some updates going on or something along those lines.
 
I missed the forum downtime, so I was unaware. I think things are pretty settled now though. If there's any upcoming updates, I'm sure they'll notify us about the details soon. :)
 
The forum's downtime is all over the day. It's not over, as I just got it again. :gasp: I/we don't know if it has anything to do with updates. That's why I made the thread.
 
Not to be like.... completely unhelpful, but I haven't noticed any issues on my end. I don't know if I've just been lucky enough to not be trying to sign on when the down time hits, but I've had no trouble at all, even on my phone.

after I saw it I refreshed the page and it was still there, it didn't change until I came back a few minutes later. :hmmm:
 
We've boosted the server specs and also installed a dedicated Database server to boost performance, it's all over now :)
