...is getting RIDICULOUS on normal enemies, its nigh on impossible to hit, and like my dex was fine until I got into this area and the fuckign EVA has gone through the roof

If you dual-wield your most likely to miss A LOT more than one-wielding, even if you have more Dex than your opponent Eva. Also Dex is a crucial stat, as a warrior/assasin you should always have it high.I also concur. I know I'm a low level, but I find it irritating that my regular attacks routinely miss regular enemies 7 out of 8 attempts.
That's the thing; because monsters are becoming so much stronger, we're having to spread out our stat points over far more than in previous RPG releases. DEF/EVA is virtually essential, and SPD is a huge necessity now too. Offensive is a given, and HP is always required - leaving little room for our DEX to be high enough to comfortably deal with REGULAR monsters. If you're a warrior, shouldn't you have high dex anyway?
Ye should be able to level up 2/3 times in the incarnate cave, why not stick the points into DEX? Or alternatively, master the master form attack type and equip double fenrirs for added DEX.

And about monsters evading attacks...it hasn't been a problem at all for me in some time, I can't remember the last time an attack of mine missed, and my DEX is currently at 80.
i was just wondering if eva stat has an affect on magic hit rate. so if you have a higher eva stats, would that make magic miss you more like how it is with physical attack or it doesn't play a role in magic hit rate at all
