Well...if that guy was siting right in front of me I would probably punch him out of fear of revenge dunno....but I think I'd punch him:D

Now don't tell me that when you're face to face with that "thing" you're not annoyed(besides freaked out, scared, disgusted and so on...:D)



Altough I hate emos from the bottom of my heart I think they should be left alone. If they hate their lives good for them....keep hating. As long as they don't disturb the lives of others they should just cut themselves or continue on with whatever they are doing.:dry:

lol, I dont actually mind some of the clothes as long as they are not on boys....they just look wrong in skinny jeans. If my brother calls me an emo again tho Im going to punch him right on the end of the nose. Im 25 and Im not a miserable git lol. I just happen to have random hair

Emos just stick out like all the rest of the 'trends' ...individualism my arse

Found this on urbandictionary, thought it pretty much sums up emos:

 'An entire subculture of people (usually angsty teens) with a fake personality. The concept of Emo is actually a vicious cycle that never ends, to the utter failing of humanity, and it goes something like this:

1. Girls say they like "sensitive guys" (lie)
2. Guy finds out, so he listens to faggy emo music and dresses like a dork so chicks will see that he is sensitive and not afraid to express himself (lie). He dyes his hair black, wraps himself in a stupid looking scarf, develops an eating disorder, and rants about how "nobody understands".
3. Now an emo guy, he meets Emo chick and they start dating, talking about how their well-off suburban lifestyles are terrible and depressing (lie)
4. Emo guy is just too much of a pussy. His penis is too small, he's too depressed to bathe, and has more mood swings than emo chick, and he doesn't even have a menstrual cycle. Emo chick dumps him, saying "It's not you, it's me." (lie) as she drives off with Wayne, the school jock and captain of the football team.
5. Emo guy goes home and cries, proceeds to write a weak song and strum a single string on his acoustic guitar. Another emo chick sees how he is so in touch with his feelings, and the cycle continues.

This is the sad truth of the emo lifestyle/music, and now that I look at how pathetic it really is, maybe the emos DO have something to cry about!'

I may sound a bit cruel (blame angry mood, because now I am pissed of how people tends to place barriers of stupidity between them, judging and stereotyping), but this is absolutely laughable and somehow pathetic. Look what society has done, we've brought this upon our sons and daughters, misguided them and destroyed what little is left of this forsaken world. Girls like emotional/sensitive guys? That is an absolute legend, since most sensitive guys are always ignored by girls, or most of the time they make fun of them. Now then we have the bad guys, apparently "strong" and "cold" hearted, and girls tend to fall to them. Why? The One Million Answer is: " I don't have the slightest clue" Human behavior is so unpredictable, so unstable, so blunt, that it sickens me all the unfairness I see.

The truth is that most people don't care if Emos threaten to cut themselves or commit suicide until: A) It finally happens and they are dead, B) The emo is a family member and is alread dead.

Then the cycle of hypocrisy, saying: "Oh if only we knew..." *cries* "Why he/she did this to us? *more tears* "Oh he/she was such a sweet and calmed person..." *more drama* "He/she's gone...why?" *and more drama for a couple of months, perhaps years.*

Instead of whining (to any emo reading this) do something about your life and try to change it. This world is a land of ravenous beasts, you eat or you'll end up as nourishment for others (in other words as a piece of-ready to eat-meat)


I think I over did it a little... meh....

Just so I don't step in it here, do you mean emotional as in emo, or as in "not afraid to show their feelings" (which would be the same as "sensitive", really)?

If you mean emo, then I would tend to agree with you.

If you mean not afraid to show feelings, then I think you just insulted pretty much every decent girl in existence XD
Any girl worth spending half a second on would appreciate a guy that cares about her for more than just zug-zug.

I also feel it's necessary to stress the difference between sensitive and pussy.
I consider myself a sensitive guy, in the sense that if I am in a relationship I care deeply for what the girl feels.
That, however, does not mean I write suicide notes or shit like that.

I was talking about emos, failed to clarify though. My bad Belazor :P

Anyway, of what I've seen so far, most emos are people that desperately seek for attention, which is pointless. Is that going to make us live longer? No, emos just waste time on others while they should be dealing with their own problems first instead of whining.

Aye, I might be a little insensitive sometimes. I admit, I used to be quite sensitive but I've realized that sometimes is not worth my precious time. Depression, is a condition that needs to be taken care of. Feeling sad doesn't mean a person is depressive unless the feelings last longer than usual, which happens with most emos.
 
Ultimately. I feel that a person isn't emo unless they consider themselves so. And those people that consider themselves so, just want to be the center of attention by acting like they have no emotions one moment, and then making a big deal about their little troubles the next. And yeah... I'd have to say 90% or more of self-proclaimed Emo's cut, so it's a definite warning sign if one of your friends is doing it. If they don't consider themselves emo and they cut, chances are they have a psychological/neurological condition and should get help.

@Belazor: Actually... it's quite true that girls could care less about nice, sensitive guys. Or, at least around high school age, they don't. I'm a pretty good example; Lots of girls like me but the ones I ask out say they won't date me because I'm 'too nice' or 'too sensitive'. However, I believe this becomes less of a rule as they get older and accumulate more sense.

fashion is supposed to be a playful design of clothes which cover a naked body. time has past and people are making it a big deal.

emos can be emos for all i care but why do they call it a fashion if most of this thing is about feelings?
 
I find that most people who are geniunely depressed will be secretive about it, but with emos it's like they *want* to be secretive but they are desperate for us to think that they are depressed, so they will 'subtly hint' etc.

And also most emos usually deny that they are, or say things on myspace like 'some people call me emo... but i'm not :]' just to highlight to your attention that they have been associated with this before, and then the little smiley face at the end really bugs me aswell. ¬_¬
I don't know why, but it's like they're trying to say 'That's right, I can put a brave face on despite all of the 'hardships' I have been through, such as people mistaking me for being an emo when I am CLEARLY not.' or 'I can hide my depression behind this stupid smiley face so that everyone thinks it's ok, but it's really not.' Blahblahblah.. Oh boohoo you big pansies, get a grip =/
 
Actually... All the Emo kids at my school are either really open about it, or call themselves 'skaters' or 'punks' despite never having skated or gone against anything... Oh, how they try to hide obvious things...

Awcht aye, like folk signed into MSN/Bebo/MySpace and suchlike saying "no in the mood, don't talk to me," yet they're blatantly logged on so that some innocent fool will ask them what's wrong.
