Do you go to the Hairdresser?

I go when I get bored/need a change. This isn't a whole lot, but when I do go it's about every 6-8 months. After that, I tend to start hating my hair and just really want something new. The last time I went I had my stylist cut some bangs into my hair and do a bit of color to enrich it. I've actually had to not cut it because I'm still in the pixie grow out phase. My hair is fine and it takes forever to grow, so it's a bitch to deal with sometimes.

I go about every 3 months for a trim and shape. My hair is long and in a very basic style. I'm a wash-dry-and-brush kind of girl, don't have time for fancy do's.

Sigh, yes. My wife works at a hair salon, though I've let my hair grow out for the last 2 months. When my hair grows it just gets really thick, and due to it, it doesn't have the long haired dude look. It just looks like a fro. It's not very appealing if you get what I'm saying.

So I think I'll get a small trim around the sides and back. Though for now I'm letting my side burns grow out and finally just letting it be. Other than that I usually keep it regular with every 2 weeks getting near a buzz cut, since it's simple and easy.

I actually went for my first time today, it was decently cheap and I really like how my hair came out, it is not exactly how the picture showed but it IS still a very cute/nice style! It was a fun experience and like my Dad said; I am addicted now, and I plan on having it styled at least every 6 weeks or so :wacky:

I usually just go to the nearby Great Clips to get my hair cut every few months. I prefer to let it grow out, then when it reaches my eyebrows and starts to curl, I cut it back. It saves me the hassle of going often, and is also more economically efficient:grin:

I always get my hair done at the hairdressers since it's so long. Dx It would be a nightmare if I had to do it myself every time. T_T I do have one particular person that I let touch my hair though, no one else I let near me with a 10 ft pole.

i used to, but then the dumb !@#$% went on maternity leave :(

now i just get my sister to cut it so i'm never happy with my hair anymore zz

I get my hair cut every month or two, I prefer to get my haircut by the cutest girl there, Terri, but if she's not working that day, then I don't really mind other people doing it.

If I knew how to give myself a good cut, or color, I wouldn't go to a hairdresser. But, since i don't.. Anyway, I don't get my hair done that often. My last hair cut was about 2 or 3 month ago. it was more of a trim really.

this is gonna sound really bad.. but i go to a bald barber.. yeah.. a bald barber.. but he does a great job.. i often get told i should go to a hair stylist because of how thick my hair is.. (everyone else in my family is balding) but.. in a full face helmet on the bmx track on a really hot day... a full head of hair makes it hard to breathe in that helmet.

I do not trust myself with scissors, so I tend to always go to get mine cut at a hairdressers.

However, I don't really have any fancy things done to it. I just get it cut, and get my fringe and sideburns trimmed a bit. No colouring, no fluffing etc.

It never costs more than £10 for me. Perhaps I go to a cheap place, but it seems to work. Well, it works in the sense that the end result is me walking about how I tend to look - whatever that is.

:watching: I used to have my hair cut by Dad since for the evers, but last time it was haircut time, I did it myself! So no I don't go to hairdressers, none of my family does. We all ghettoize everything and do it ourselves. But it's not bad. I've been thinking about whether or not I want to go to these when I'm older though.
