Anyway, mostly go by Pooley. It's my nickname irl, so it made sense to use that when I first started on forums. I've gone by a few other names too, but mostly they're various fandoms of people. Matt Bellamy, Tyler Durden, Sgt. Angel, Bond. Chose Feathers McGraw for that exact reason too. Such a cool villain. D:

Kerrigan/Vegeta/Betsy Braddock - All names based on sudden character obsessions from whatever game I'd been playing at that point. Vegeta was likely the most interesting, since I took it when the entire forum was on its DBZ craze. I think I lost Riku forever when I switched between these three.

Donkey - Kelly and myself wanted to out-do Jane and Poo as the forum couple and so we went for the best couple we could think of (given that their names were Romeo and Juliet, we had to think of fictional names) and we went for Donkey and Dragon. xD

Scottish Dave - Poo and I are the English and Scottish Dave's, respectively. We're just awesome like that. Of course, the cunt's changed his name to some feathery nonsense. D=<

It probably seemed like I disappeared because I think I had my name changed to Squizzgar shortly before my computer was taken away for three months.
 
When I first signed up my username was Zurh Tutt. I chose it because it's my full name in Al Bhed... yeah we were all n00bs once, stop kidding yourselves. :gasp:

My current username is taken from the lyrics of a song called "Orchestra Of Wolves" by Gallows. The actual verse goes:

Hmm well let's see. My first ever username on here was Squall's_Gunblade (Mainly because some inactive bugger had Squall and I wasn't allowed to have it.) I'll always remember it as one of my best username :D

And then we have my current username, which seems to have gained more popularity that SG :D If ya wanna know the history of this username go read my friggin RP profile dammit :P
 
Ruud, short for RUUD VAN NISTELROOY. Former Manchester United striker and one of my many footballing idols. I idolise him so much so that my username emulates him.
 
Hm, my older names:

Bahamut_Complete: This was my username when I joined a FF forum YEARS ago. It was natural it'd be my first username.

Regal Bryant: the name of my favorite character on Tales of Symphonia.

Vlad the Impaler: there was a theme going on about insane people and Vlad is the coolest one out of ALL them!

Gaix: another theme, this time a Saix theme. Mrs Sinister wuz Fraix, someone wuz Baix and I wuz Gaix.

And there wuz something else I can't remember...

When I was in grade six, I was so into Greek Mythology.

I knew the difference between Olympian Gods and Titan Gods, Chthonians and Free Spirits. About Zeus sons and daughters and their lineage and their stories.

So let me tell you about Iris.

Iris is the goddess of the rainbow and a messenger to Hera.

Iris used the rainbow as the path of her messages. She was a messenger and very good at it. She was faster than Hermes. She did not make promises, she delivered messages.

She was the daughter of Thaumas and Electra and was born in the mists of the sky just when the sun came out.

Iris can almost be regarded as the personification of personifications, The rainbow is the epitome of personifications, delicately beautiful, evanescent. As messenger of the gods, fleet footed Iris, even exceeding Hermes, used her own symbol as a path of delivery. The rainbow, ever lying just beyond reach, even suggests the wole world of myth, hovering just beyond imagination, just beyond history.

Oh god, I've had so many usernames, but since about...7 of them only lasted for a few minutes, I'll just explain my most known ones.

Aeris Gainsborough/ Aerith Gainsborough / Aerith - My favourite FFVII character, the name was free when I signed up so I had to take it.

General Beatrix - When we did the FFIX theme, I had to be Beatrix, since she's my favourite character in FFIX, the name stuck.

Mercy - I needed something new, and I liked the word...I have no idea why I picked it to be honest, but it works xD

"White Rabbit" is the name of one of my favorite songs. The song itself is a drug reference to "Alice in Wonderland". It's a great song. I got the idea for naming myself this after posting in the "What's your LSS" thread after telling this was in my head. I like it, so I might keep it for a while. :neomon:
 
Bambi - People always say Im like Bambi coz I always fall over, so there ye go. Been Bambi online for a couple of years, since I got the internet really which was only a couple of years ago

Bono-Bonos me favourite and we were trying to get a music theme on the go, didn't quite happen :gasp:

Frisky - Honestly have no idea, I was drunk when I requested the name change but I got attached to it :gasp:

Dragon - Shrek theme with Dave

Angry Dragon - was in a bad mood

Fraix - (Frisky/Saix) FFF Crisis related Saix was Baix (Bambi/saix) then The Flamer jumped on the bandwagon with Gaix (Gay Saix :wacky:)

Tim Booth - Going seeing James in December so I wanted a James theme

Tinkerbell - Erm, firat name that popped in my head when I was able to change my own username

Mrs Sinister - Felt like tormenting saix so I stole his Avy (& butchered it) and his sig :wacky:

I predict going back to either Frisky or Bam.... sentimental attachment innit :neomon:

I think that covers them all xD

I used to always use the name Aylalucca on other forums, until I came here.

Chrono Trigger is my favorite video game so I combined two of my favorite character's names. :D Oddly, I always used a Marle avatar :O.

And of course, I went along with various staff themes and have been: Android 18, Posh Spice, Misato Katsuragi, Freya, and I think others.
 
When I first started using forums and such, I went by the name Yunie-Tidus.

I was in love with FFX at that time and loved those two characters a lot. >.<

I stuck with that name for a couple of years until I decided that I wanted a change.

I then changed my name to 'Kandy-Cuffs'.

I decided that I wanted to have my nickname in real life as my username. So 'Kandy' was the first thing I thought of changing it too. But I wanted to make it a bit more unique so I thought a bit more.

It was then remembered I bought some pink fluffy hand cuffs one day and then decided that it would be a funny to somehow incorporate into my username.

So I was Kandy-Cuffs for another year or so until a lot of my workmates and friends started to call me 'Kandy-Sugar'.

I really loved how it sounded and have been in love with it for around three years now an I use it everywhere. >.<

Usually when I sign up anywhere, I will sign up with the same username that I am using everywhere else at the time.

I like to have the same username. It makes it easy to remember when logging into sites and such. >.< And because I get really attached to the username.

Oh well, as an update, I was once "Prometheus" then discarded the name for someone else to jump in my grave -__-

Then I shifted to Cole Turner after watching Charmed again. He is one of the greatest antagonists, anti-hero characters of all times. Besides he is by far the strongest of the magical beings aside from Wyatt Halliwell.
