Stephen Stood looking out over the hangar, 16 men and women stood looking back at him "Congratulations ladies and gentlemen, you have completed your training to become ace pilots, and although you all look really tired i Grant you the title of Ace pilots, you are to pilot the Ginn's we commandeered a year ago, and added a few upgrades to, now as well as a metal sword, the Ginn's are now Equipped with a hard shield with Vulcan cannon, and also greater boosters for manoeuvrability and speed." Stephen Explained as he paced back and fourth "i have taught you everything i can, and the rest you must learn for yourself, namely how your suits work, Congratulations, Kira, would you come here please" Stephen asked before walking towards an elevator.
once the boy had joined him Stephen punched in his access code and took the lift down to the lowest underground floor, as the Doors opened an almost Empty hangar stared at the two pilots, only one suit was looking back at them "Sir, this is the Ginn Hangar, but that suit at the end isn't a Ginn" the boy muttered to Stephen "I know, that's because it is the New prototype Gundam, the GAT X-105 Strike Gundam, It has three individual packs, the Aile striker pack, a pack that gives perfect balance between long range and short range. the Launcher strike pack, that gives preference to long range and the sword strike pack, that obviously favours short range" Stephen looked to the young pilot next to him who looked gob-smacked "so, you think your up to the challenge?" Stephen asked, to which the boy flicked bolt upright and saluted to Stephen "Sir, Yes Sir"
Stephen smiled at this, "anyway, you get acquainted with your new suit, I need to get going, Admiral Havok will have my head if im late" Stephen informed the new pilot before heading back up in the lift. as he reached the top, he strode through the Base towards towards where the Zero Gundam lay on a large flat bed truck, he climbed into the cab and looked at the driver, "Lets head over to the Bahamut shall we?" Stephen asked hypothetically to which the driver nodded and gave out a quick 'Sir'
it was strange, over the past year because of Stephen's instructor status he had been made to feel like a general, but he never really liked all the Sir's he had received. it was a short drive across the base, and upon arrival Stephen was met by a Red haired woman, and the Now Admiral Havok. he saluted the Admiral and then hugged the woman "tell me your going to be safe all the way in outer space" the Girl announced to which Stephen smiled "you know there is no pilot out there who can shoot me and the Zero down" he informed her, compassion in his voice.
"Hownam, your not the best out there, but your certainly one of the best, and the only four pilots who have a skill level as high as yours are returning from their Assignments now, their boats have docked and they shall be on their way soon" Havok announced "Daddy, why are you so mean to my man?" the girl demanded "im not being mean, i was merely letting the man know he isn't as good as he thinks he is, hunny" Havok replied with a hint of worry ni his voice, causing Stephen to smile.
"you should go" Stephen informed the girl, "I want you to go home, i shall send you video clips from space, i promise" Stephen informed her before kissing her, the girl nodded and walked off, at which point Stephen turned to Havok "Even after nine months you still can't stand that im dating your daughter sir" Stephen asked causing Havok to smile "don't be offended Hownam, i Can't stand any guy my daughter dates" Havok replied Sternly before barking at the flat bed driver to get the Zero on board the Bahamut.
