Achievement of the day

I beat the computer on normal mode on the PS3 card game Eye of Judgement.

I've had the game and the cards for a few months now and have only ever been able to beat the computer on easy... It's not that I didn't understand the rules, I was able to keep equal with the computer until it sneaks in a move that puts me out att he last minuite. However today I actually beat the thing.. Well I actually freakin' owned its ass.

So that felt good. I think I'm getting the hang of it a lot better now. It would have been a shame to waste that game as it needs so much stuff to play and cost a lot.

Today I got out of work at 4pm. XD

I am so happy that I didn't have to stay until closing time. It's the worst part of the day. It really drags. <_<

I also got home and did some housework! So hopefully that means less work for the weekend once again!
 
Today I pulled out an old game I had not yet completed and completed it! :awesome:

I've wanted to complete Shadow of the Colossus for ages (PS2 game and prequal to Ico), but got stuck on a really hard fight I couldn't figure out.

Well I managed to beat them all today and really loved the ending. Sense of huge achievement there... I want to play Ico again now. :ness:

It felt so good dealing the final blow to the last colossus. Climbing that thing was a nightmare. :D
 
Today Steve and I finally posted off his XBOX 360 to Sydney to be repaired, after waiting for 2 years. There was no excuse as to why we hadn't done it earlier, other than the fact that we were completely lazy and kept saying, "Oh we'll do it next weekend."

If the post office was open for longer than 3 hours on the weekend, then maybe we would have done it sooner.

The reason we never were bothered was because we slept in on Saturdays, being tired from the previous day of work and couldn't be stuffed to get up in order to get there on time. Therefore we always said we'd do it the next week.

Well finally we've done it and it's over with. XD

Today I cleaned the entire house! =D :gasp:

The following are my achievements of the day:

* I cleaned the floors.
* Did the washing.
* Folded and hung the clothes in the cupboard.
* Scrubbed the bathroom and kitchen sinks.
* Made the bed.
* Hand-washed more clothes.
* Washed the dishes.
* Took out all the rubbish.
* Scrubbed the stove.
* Cleaned out the top cupboard where all my junk got dumped when we moved.

So basically this means that I have not as much to do next weekend. =D

I'm a happy little chappy.

I think I'm gonna go exercise and get me some abs now!
 
My acheivement of the day is that I finally played something else then Star Ocean Tlh XD. But it was not for long Xd. I played Final Fantasy X2 half the day and Star Ocean for the other half. Acheivement of the day is that I found Santa in Star Ocean TLH in the freakin wandering dungeon. So 2 acheivements. Now have 540 out of 1000G in Star Ocean.
 
I finally finished constructing my scale model of a doghouse in the style of a famous architect. This shit took me 20 freaking hours over the weekend. D:<
 
I went into Uni and bought most of the books I need for the upcoming semester, so far I have spent about $320, but I'm pretty sure I will have to buy some readings too. -__-
 
Started getting serious about my dream to become a professional writer. Towards that end, I have begun work on a book that will be a collection of love poems, written by myself. So far I have edited 4 poems out of 20 and hope to begin work on that actual book by the same time next month. Cleared out all the applications and blogs I had on MySpace and made it the center for all of my writing projects: http://www.Myspace.com/poeticwit

I did find somebody to help and make sure that what I was doing with editing was correct because it's been so long since I actually had to edit anything. (since High School)

Made Contact with Square-Enix on getting permission to use copyrighted characters and places in another project I'm working on, which is a fan-fiction prequel novel to Chrono Trigger. So far, though, it doesn't appear that they're even reading my e-mails fully, just responding to key words and shit. Kind of frustrating, but I'm going to keep pestering them until they finally give me an answer I can be satisfied with. A clear-cut answer either yes or no.

sorry, I know it said Achievement, not Achievements, but I've been a productive little monkey today.
 
My achievement of the day was not punching my manager in the face. <_<

He is so thick.

He asked one of my workmates if she needed help. She said yes. So he came over to her computer and minimised a page and said, "Did you know you could do that?"

She looked at him in confusion and said, "How is that helping me?"

Apparently he just walked off and didn't respond. o_0

She then said to me after she told me that story, "I'm not that dumb that I don't know how to minimise a page!"

Dumbass he is. <_<
 
i think my achievement of the day is sleeping for 14 hours. yeah i know that not much of an achievement, i slept the day away soo i could do much. and now its time for me to go back to bed, nighty night.

My achievement of the day was getting up early even though I went bed really late and then getting straight into housework.

Oh and I never eat breakfast when I wake up and today I have a fresh bowl of cereal in front of me.

Apparently it's better to eat regular meals instead of skipping a few in order to lose weight as it helps kick in your metabolism for the day. Having breakfast makes you want to have another meal later on but you won't be starving and want to eat a humongous meal etc or something along those lines.

So yeah I could be sleeping in today considering it's Monday and I have the day off, but I'm a good girl who knows that housework must be done! :gasp:
 
Today, the varsity was selling university shirts ("When the world tries to be outstanding, we are the standard." was my favorite design. I think that just rocks, doesn't it? :awesome:) and we were there just entertaining and trying to get other students to buy. It was fun. I think I could make a darned good salesperson. :wacky:

It was a group effort, but we managed to sell 289 shirts! :monster: I still think that was a personal achievement, considering how much effort I put into it. <.<
 
Yesterday I managed to stand up for myself. XD

It always seems like someone is trying to use me for something and usually it's people scabbing car rides off me. <_<

I said when I started my new job it would never happen again.

However a lady and her daughter who work there live on the opposite side of the street to where I live, a few houses up and now they think that the daughter can just go home with me instead of catching the bus.

The daughter is older than me, has no learners or license, shares a room with her little sister at mummy and daddy's still, works at my work only part time and isn't studying. <_< She is going nowhere pretty much.

So now they're acting like it's okay if I just be her personal chauffeur and take her home every day she works with me.

But last night her mother asked if I could take her home and I said yes.

But the daughter took her sweet time and so I just left. XD I had to be at my mates house last night and had no time to wait for someone who didn't even offer me money for the rides.

Why should she get to scab a ride with me and not have to pay a bus fair anymore? I never got things that easy. If she wants the luxury of driving home when she's ready she needs to get her own effing car!

I hate people who scab rides off you, don't offer any money, act like you're the bitch when you say no because they think it shouldn't even bother you, yet they're never ready for you when you want to leave.

HER mother should wait half an hour instead of leaving right away from work if she wants her daughter to have a safe drive home. I am not her mother! I don't want kids for a good ten years yet.

I want to be able to leave work and know that I can go grocery shopping or whatever I want after instead of having this girl tagging along and forcing me to hurry up so that 'SHE' can get home.

I AM SICK OF SCABS!!!

So yeah my achievement was standing up for myself and showing her that I wasn't a doormat and that I would not let people treat me like that. I just left and let her guess what was happening with her ride home. XD *evil laugh*
 
My acheivement of the day was that I played Geras of war 2 for the first time in a very long time. I was somehoe interested in the Hoarde acheivements and lots of new acheivements cam too with the update. So im trying to play this alot well kinda
 
Twilight Assist (10 Player)

Pretty fun, was pretty easy too. I mean... the DK that was supposed to be tanking them failed hard, but if I was tanking them instead of him, probably no one would've died.

I don't have any doubt that we could do 2 Drakes if we had no-fail people in our group. But unfortunately.... we did. So we had to do 1D. And I'm kinda happy we did, because that nigra dropped one of my favorite cloaks I've seen in the game so far (Gale-Proof Cloak) and I got it.
 
I managed to finally change the bed sheets after a few months of being lazy about it. XD

But my real achievement was yesterday, but I forgot to post about it in here.

Well after a couple of years of wanting to get both of my tragus's pierced I finally did it.

I got both done on the same day because I didn't know how much it would hurt and if I only got one, then I may not go back to get the other. XD

So I got them both out of the way.

They effing hurt by the way. They hurt the worst of all my piercings and I got two of them done on the same day. :gasp:

I'm done with putting holes in my body for now though. I don't want any of my other body parts pierced at the moment but who knows what'll interest me in the future. XD

All I need now is to get my two other tattoos, which won't be for a while due to the expense. >_<
 
My Fucking acheivement of the day was the hardest fuckload of shit I have ever DONE! Thats right I got the Vidmaster ENDURE acheivement on Halo 3 ODST (also known as hell) I played hardcore like fuck with my team! Holy shit I was fucking crying at the END of IT! OMG. I also have above 10000G now! Awesome day!
