Mines just did that about half an hour ago. Was just adding the final layers really and it froze up. Pain in the aaaaaaaaaaaarse =_=
finished noo though, just gotta send her in.
 
A little idea for a possible future SOTW and/or AOTW theme:

Three-deminsions. This means like we use three-deminsional character or figures. These are like RL people, or Video Game models.
It's preferably nothing flat or 2-D(i.e anime)
So whatcha think?

I don't really ever suggest themes, but what about animation? I think that could be really... hectic and fun. :wacky:
 
Propaganda, lol, excellent theme! I think I know exactly what I'm going to use. Though I have one question, just to ascertain that my idea will be valid:

Does the propaganda have to be purely political or can it also be idealistic propaganda? For example, is only political fluff allowed (Rep vs. Dem, Lib vs. Con) or can it be propaganda for things like.... pro-life, pro-choice, environmentalism, etc.?

Had this twice the other day. I especially hate it when I'm working on a really complicated signature and then it just freezes up RIGHT when I'm about to save. Pain in the arse indeed. v.v

It can be either, that's no problem at all ^^

I'm quite excited to see entries for this theme, I saw it used on another forum, and it produced some really interesting tags, so I'm quite excited to see what you guys can come up with ^^

Basically, it's something that conveys a message of what you want someone else to believe or do. For example, on another forum, I saw a propaganda signature showing how China might advocate the One Child Policy by showing two parents with one child, and using lots of happy colours, etc.
 
what if i want to make a daron malakian signature that says "propaganda bullshit" on it? :monster:
 
I have enough signatures to put up a thread, but not enough avatars. I feel weird putting one up without the other one :gasp:

So, I'll put up the threads whenever I get enough AOTW entries, so my apologies for the delay so far today.

The only way I could possible make a sig for 1950's is if i could parody it. Are parodies allowed? I'm thinking something along the lines of axe-murder-50's-perfect-house-wife. Like that kind of parody.
 
I would imagine that would be fine, Dragon Mage. As long as it's based on the theme, it should be put into the voting thread :hmmm:
 
I think if i was entering id probadly go for a model in 1950s fashion style. That era had quite a definitive look id say, especially in womens clothing and hair.
 
Ive actually got a few renders set in that era's fashion style :hmmm:
Im tempted to enter but i pulled my hair out last night making a 3d text piece and i really dont wanna look at photoshop now :wacky:
