Hey guys, what's up? I'm new here (obviously :P)

Let's see, I'm pretty bad at introducing myself. XD I'm 23 and live in the horribly mundane state of Michigan. Although I own most of the games, I haven't played them all. -__- I have like game ADD or something. xD Just have way too many.

Final Fantasys I've played - 1, 3 (DS), 4 (PSP), 7 through 13-2.

Yes I did play FFXI for a while, and I'm pretty into MMOs in general. :P

It sounds like you've played quite a lot of FF games! Do you have a favorite~? My favorites are probably IX, VII, and X. I also played XI for a few years on the Garuda server. I play on-and-off every few months. I have a Mithra character && I'm mostly a WHM/BLM (sometimes SMN)~ :3 What type of character were you and what was your main job/subjob?

I've played my share of MMOs, but it's sometimes difficult for me to stay consistent. Perhaps I also have this "game ADD" that you speak of... lol. What sorts of MMOs are you playing now? Any recommendations?

I apologize for the onslaught of questions. I guess I'm feeling curious! xD;
 
I used to live in Michigan when I was younger. I have fond memories of it actually. :lew:

And I know what you mean about not finishing games. I have that problem myself.

I don't mind the questions at all. xD Only thing that's really boring in Michigan is if you look outside the window around this time of year. Everything is all the same color - drab.

My favorite is X, with IX and VIII coming in close behind. I haven't really found one I dislike though. I was more a casual player of FFXI and did a lot of RP stuff more than like leveling jobs and whatnot. It's been a few years too, I had a Mithra character that was THF and a friend of mine gave me his account cause he stopped playing, that was a higher level character Hume BLM/WHM (blech, humes are boring xD) I haven't tried FFXIV mainly cause I haven't heard anything actually good about it. -__- I used to play Guild Wars, haven't got the second one. I do play WoW and League of Legends on a regular basis right now.

I am from the horribly mudane state of Wisconsin, so I can totally understand where you are coming from when you say mundane :damon: We are a big gaming community, (even outside of Final Fantasy) here, so I hope you stick around and enjoy the forum :ryan:

Yay for also being a Mithra! :3 (Well, technically, you were a "Manthra," hehe) Humes are pretty boring - screw being the most balanced character! :p Mithra thieves probably make the most sense 'cause of their agility, but I always loved casting magic xD

So, you're playing WoW and LoL, huh? :hmmm: I couldn't really get into those MMOs. ^^; I kept dying in LoL && I found it to be too repetitive. Maybe that's the sore loser in me talking, lol. && WoW... I just didn't like the game's design much. Plus, I prefer the flexible job class system in FFXI over the... character-based job class system? I don't know, lol. In any case, WoW and LoL are very fun from what I hear- I have a few friends who played them before. ^^

There's actually been some good news regarding FFXIV lately! Square-Enix is working on the PS3 version (again) && if it all goes well, it's anticipated to release around January/February. Here's a thread I made with some info! I'm looking forward to it since I wasn't able to play the PC version efficiently enough on my desktop and laptop. -__-;
 
Welcome I'm new too! I wanted to register to relive some of my glory days of video game playing. I've considered breaking out my SNES or PS-X and playing a Final Fantasy game again, the hard part is deciding which one to play! Anyway, I hope to see you around the boards!!
