What's your sleep cycle like?

I searched around the forums, and couldn't find another thread on sleep cycles so, if someone finds one, just direct me to it and I'll close this one.

Anyway, do you have a good sleep cycle?

Mine's kinda...all over the place. Sometimes I'll sleep from like, 11-8 and have a full 9 hours sleep. Or I'll fall asleep at a ridiculously early time like 5/6/7, wake up at midnight and not fall asleep till the same time the next day x_x

It's quite ridiculous D= So, I don't really have a sleep cycle really...I just sleep whenever I need to. Which then goes on to screw me over.
 
I'm much the same, Im either sleeping too much, not enough and at random times, it's quite annoying really, especially if I make myself get up early, or for some reason I can't sleep (gay insomnia) then I cant help having a nap and Im like arghhhh why can't I just sleep at normal times like normal people :gasp:
 
Mine is weird as well, Some nights I pass out at 9 pm and wake up at Eight, or stay up till like 10 and sleep till midnight >.<

It is somewhat related so I guess your get to choose.
I sleep from 3 to 6 in the morning. (both times)

Yeah, I saw that while I was searching, but this is a more generalized topic xD

And yeah Bambi. I get insomnia bouts too, I get really annoyed with myself because I'm exhausted, but my brain isn't letting me sleep. And then I have double Law in the morning so I have to stay awake in that -__-

Trust me, if you have insomnia, my Law class is the cure. -__-

It's just annoying that I can be tired all day and I KNOW if I go for a nap, Il fall asleep, but it's like as soon as it's within the hours of bed time, Il close my eyes and they will just go PING and Im awake -__-

Ive all but given up trying to get myself back in some sort of routine, Ive always been abit dodgy with my sleeping pattern anyway, ever since I was young...... ugh :stare:
 
I normally go to sleep at about 3-4 and then get up at about 10-11. While there is nothing wrong with that it's annoying if I have to get up earlier, as I can't get to sleep until 3 at least so then I get less sleep.
 
I WISH I could go to sleep at 11-12 and wake up at like 8-9 but at the moment I can't get to sleep until at least 2am and on really bad nights I can't get to sleep until 4 or 5am -__-

Its really annoying because I want to be able to wake up at 9am so I can have a full, normal day but noooooo I have to wake up at 12.
 
I generally go to bed around 12:30am and get up at around 7:30am on a weekday so I get the 7 hours...which is apparently the perfect amount of sleeping time. :-)
As for weekends, it just varies completely.
 
It depends on the day of the week.

Like last night (Friday) I went out to the bar with a buncha friends. Only had about 4 beers, but when I don't get to sleep until 2 or 3 am, I really like to sleep in 'til about noon the next day.

On week days I still stay up 'til about midnight even though I have to be into work at 6am the next morning.

I've lost so much sleep over the last decade it's unreal. I'm sure it's that way with most teenagers and people in their 20's who lead such busy lives, and not just me obviously.

All-in-all, my sleep cycle sucks.
 
I usually sleep around 2/3:AM to awake 7:30AM! I have plenty free time when I got home, to make it up for the few hours I slept. However when I have something Important *cough* exams *cough*, I always sleep soon.
 
Mine is terrible! Ahaha. I usually stay up all night and go to sleep at 6am. Depending on if I don't have work, or do. If I do have work, if it's early in the morning I'll try passing out around 2 am. If it's not until five or four/afternoon to late evening, I'll stay up until about 4am.

I'm strange... I also like midnight snacks. Though, they are more like 2am snacks. ;D Things taste so good at night. Er. That may have come out wrong./

I used to go to bed around 11:30pm or later, then get up at 7am the next morning for school and I found that I was far too tired every morning, so I'm now sleeping for around 10:30pm on school nights, getting up at roughly the same time. At the weekends, it really depends on what I'm doing. At parties and whatnot, I'm in bed for ... the next day, around afternoon. :wacky: Otherwise, I don't have a cycle at the weekends.

During the holidays, this godforsaken site would keep me up until 4, 5am some mornings and that was just...unacceptable. xD
 
I usually go to bed from anywhere between 10:30pm-1am and wake up from anytime between 7:30am-8:45am. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I always wake up feeling tired no matter what.
 
My body clock is all wrong. I start feeling sleepy around midnight and I force myself to wake up at 7 am. (which doesn't usually happen since I would just press the snooze button again and again and finally wake up at 9 am and rush to school)

I don't know why that is. This week I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep at 10 pm.
 
Usually i fall asleep about half 1-2am and wake up anywhere between 6am and 12pm, apart from tonight where my mind is not letting me rest by making me think of things i then start thinking about in great depth and it's just not good, but yarr i can have 2 hours sleep and be fine if i get woken up it's vary rare i fall back asleep, unless i am under the influence of alcohol, then i usually don't wake up that easy.
