Feeling confident this summer and have some goals? I'll list the main few of mine:
Spend more time with friends.
Lose weight, get in better shape.
Finish some videogames I was stuck on.
For some reason today, at the beginning of Summer vacation I felt very excited and confident and required myself to do some special stuff.
This year I'm also going to a Japanese-learning summer camp where I can be immersed in Japanese culture and language speaking so I can learn some of the language and food dishes and stuff.

Going to the gym/exercising and then just sitting on your butt for a few hours is pretty much only going to counterattack your effects... UNLESS you are taking enough protein/fiber supplements, drinks of some sort to keep your metabolic rate going, even at rest.
