Yeah some threads and members are still up there. The mods have either not bothered or havent seen all of this yet.
 
Ah I see. The one in Mandi's first post here has had all the sigs deleted...

Also the member profile / post list of Pseudo-Mitsuki no longer loads, so that suggests they have at least banned that person.

We now need to get them to do the same with the other threads (which you are right, they still load and still have the sigs in them), and get them the ban SS Siren person.
 
This SS Siren hasnt been on since September. So methinks they wont be going back to the site. Fake Mitsuki seems to have been banned as the work they posted up as been removed.

Does it really matter if he stole someone else's work? It just mean's he thought they were good enough to steal, if i were you guy's,coming here to complain and waste our time, i'd be proud.

I so agree. What a moron. WE ARE GETTING SHIT STOLEN! They are taking credit for others hard work! THAT ISNT FLATTERY YOU FUCKING MORON! ARGH!

The only real curiosity is if it was actually someone on this website. Meaning if it is someone known or only a 2 post count member. I mean this stuff happens on the internet all the time, like Derek said, so I think getting over it quick is the only option. I would definitely see to an IP ban along with making sure not to associate yourself with them, because plagiarism is one of the biggest thefts in my opinion.
 
Its not something you can stop from happening either. Its happened before Itl happen again and its probadly happening now. It was just fortunate that this person was discovered. I guess artists could put a watermark somewhere on the tag thats only noticable of you know where it is. Again it doesnt stop folk stealing them but its a way to prove its yours if you ever came a cross someone ripping it.
 
It's not the stealing that's the worst part IMO.
It's that fact that they claim it's their own work and THEN pretend to be taking in all the CnC. Writing things like "Oh yeah, I'll take that into consideration" etc etc
That's what really pisses me off.

There was one person who asked how a sig was made and they replied "If I remember, I'll PM you". :ffs: :rage:

Ummm has this been resolved already? Im afraid I do not know that much about gfx but according to the thread some artwork that mods or memebers worked so hard on have been stolen? Ummmm I hope they got banned. Also why impersonate the same name and How did you guys know they were stealing? Sorry im a little lost here...
 
The admin told me that all of this person's duplicate accounts have been frozen and the sigs deleted, or at least I did not see them in the threads when I checked. There's no need to go making accounts and causing a riot now. Best just let them be as the admin cooperated with me just fine. Now the problem is figuring out who it is here that's stolen all that work and passing it off as their own. Anyhow, I'm going to close up this thread now. Thank you to all of those who stepped in and helped out. Just leave the rest of it to the staff now. :)
