The top 100 games of all time - 3 FFs make the list

Yay whoooo! FFIX made the list! I was fully prepared to come into this thread and rant about why it should be on the list. I thought for sure it was gonna get shunned. Luckily, it made it! That game deserves alot of attention, even if it is 13 years late.

Figured VII would be on there. It's the way things gotta be. It's undeniably the most popular and talked about FF ever.

X is Ehh. Don't care much for it. I'll have to play it eventually.

VI not being on there is a bit shocking. Everybody I talk to says it's one of the, if not the best FF ever.
 
Well, I agree with the FF placements... But I expected Skyrim to be at least ten places higher than it was.

I think #68 is a bit low for one of the best RPG games of the last decade.

Though, they should have VI on the list. Then again, they don't have older games(like IV) Which could be argued to be better than X.

It's a what??? Skyrim is a Role-Playing game- albeit an action role playing game.


I agree that the vote was biased though. Obviously some peoples votes were more important than others.
 
Oh wow! :ari: Paper Mario TTYD made it to #20 :D I have to agree that Super Mario Galaxy 2 was an A-Mazing game...

I'm happy that a lot of games DID make it on the list... Even though it DOES look biased, as everyone else here says.
 
As most people have already noticed, this list is quite Nintendo-centric. Both Mario Galaxy games are in the top ten besides being the exact same game with virtually no changes, which is also true for every Zelda game on the list. In short it isn't a very accurate or particularly good list at all. Though I'd be more surprised if at least two Fainaru Fantaji games did not appear

Uncharted 2 is freaking number 3? that's crap. :mokken: and UC3 is 34? :rage:

I care not for this list :rage:
 
The only thing that really bothers me out of this list is that it virtually has every Pokémon game in there, even differentiated with the versions. And I don't really care what and how many Final Fantasies are up there. I don't agree with FFX being on the list, but whatever.

Otherwise, I treat this like how I treat every other similarly pointless list. Look at it, frown/laugh/look confounded/be genuinely indifferent towards it before I close the tab the webpage was on.
 
hahaha this list is a joke...

Then again most of these kinds of lists I have a problem with... so.. yeah.. Take it as you well.
 
There's never going to be an accurate list of the top 100 games of all-time. It just won't happen unless they have a VERY large sample of gamers to poll to get realistic results.

IGN always tries to do this as well and they are a very highly known Nintendo fan-base. You will find that throughout most of the online gaming sites as well. It's not a bad thing, it's just how Nintendo gamer fans compare to other system's and company's fans.

I don't agree with this list either. I honestly don't see how ANY Pokemon game could make it in the top 5000, but then again, I'm just not a fan of those games. And here's a site that put 5 or 6 of them in the top 75? Pfffft. I never give lists like this much credibility.
