[T] The Hideout

You can be overpowered, but Mantras become more expensive and hard to master, so grinding really is grinding. :wacky: Dungeons will last a few hours early on, but the last few will last you a day or so in each game, and the last one in game one lasted about 5 days, and I've been on the last one of game two for about 4 days now. It's very dungeon crawly, but the plot's very good.

It sounds rather... dare I say, hardcore. :8F:
Definitley want to try it out now.
How many are there so far? :hmmm:

There are 2. I doubt there'll be a third. The second was made in 2007, and the ending seems very final, from what I've seen on Youtube. The first ends on a rather cliffhanger-ish note. It can be very difficult. A critical hit could mean death. A lot of the time, the difference between winning and getting a Game Over is don to luck.

Did you just say... LUCK? ._.
I hate leaving things to luck, I really do. It's... so annoying.
I prefer using tactics and stuff that rely on a bit of luck at most, but if it's soley luck based I lose interest. >.<

It's not solely luck based. :lew: But a critical attack, giving the enemy an extra turn, can end up killing you. You can go from doing awesomely to doing crap in a matter of seconds.

Tactics is necessary. If an enemy spams instant death spells, you may need to use a turn to cast a death repelling spell. If they're fast, you need to up evasion/accuracy and all that jazz.

:rage:
It sounds like you can't turn your head for a second or you'll be suprised butt sexed.
The bosses sound like a right bitch too. How long are the games generally?

I played the first game for about a week, and have been on the second game for about two.

In actual time, the games last about 50 hours each if you don't do sidequests, and around 65 if you do. Maybe closer to 70 for the second

Oh, that doesn't sound too bad then. :hmmm:
Anyway, I've had Dissidia on standby for HOURS, I don't think i'm going back to it tonight. xD
maybe tomorrow after college... :8F:

Not the only thing you get to pl-

Anyway, you HAVE to tell me what you think abot it when you play on it. :8F:

One's fangasm has influenced others. One is pleased with one's accomplishment. :monocle:

I'd play it if I could find the fucker in stores. But they're always out. :hmph:

Also, bitchtits, I saw a man running down the street with some massive bitchtits and I doubled over laughing.

On another note: Phantasy Star Portable 2 is coming out soon. If we all buy this game, we can play online together.

You're so cruel. :wacky: But I'd probably laugh too. Is this game on PC? :hmmm:

I found DDS 1 and 2 on Ebay UK for 35 pound, which was an absolute bargain. It was factory sealed and everything, so it was totally worth it and more.

Pee Ess Pee, actually.

And for those that haven't heard, Sony accidentally let slip that a Pee Ess Pee Too is being worked on. :hmmm:

I'm totally thinking of getting Phantasy Star 2, cause I need save data from the game on my PSP to unlock stuff on Valkyria Chronicles 2. Which is an amazing game D:

I have the first portable, so if I can get into it sufficiently, consider me interested in getting 2, Ringo :mokken:

Also, just remember i'm better than all of you at DDS1 and 2 :mokken: I defeated Indrajin, nuff said :jtc: Shiva is next on the list :ahmed:

And a pee ess pee 2? I wonder how well/poorly it'll outclass pee ess pee 1 :hmmm:

I'm not TOO bad on Dissidia. I kicked Damon's arse a couple of times and may still have it on the replay thing. He didn't go easy and I beat him. :mokken:
