SOTW 90 Voting Thread!

The first one, its just.....saucy, the image and the sort of washed out look (?) not down with these terms - make it realy stand out, its amazing, I love it

number 2 comes in at a close 2nd, but the first one, my eyes just damn fell out of my head, so taht just pips it

I agree with the above. One I think captures the theme the best, and it's got some nice subtle effects that I didn't notice the first time around. It's simple, the washed-out look is actually appealing, and I like the dimensions of the tag overall.

My 2nd place is actually Five. The colors and blending are well-done, and I like how the text just fits into the back of Reno's head just so. The stock did make me O_O, but it's a well-done piece.

Great job to all, though, as usual.

They have all captured the passion scenario in my eyes, but its down to which looks best for me, of which I'll go for number 6....the colour is well placed and not chastising of the main image, complimenting it well and I love the sneaky little "tattoo" style of putting the passion text on the females next....Good show ^^

I like number 6, it seems more creative and as if more effort was put in. 1) is close second ;~;

6 is brilliant and defiantly takes the vote from me.

The effects are nice and they don't change the sharpness of the image in any way and further more its made to catch the eye and draw vision to it. Great work.

#1: looks really good and I like the colors tbh and the simplicity of the sig, maybe a few things added to it could have made it brilliant

#2: Tbh I liked it at first but then those splashes ruined it for me, the right side of the side was totally perfect but the other side was the opposite IMO. >_>

#4: It looks empty IMO =\ Aerith and Cloud looks way out of the sig. <_<

#5: It looks really good. However, it's kinda small and the text is well a bit off. <_<

#6: Blended well but a tad big and the colors aren't going well together in my eyes.

I was between 1,5 and 6 but in the end I went with 1, it looks the best, 5 would have been my second choice though the text wasn't a good point in it. ><

I'm voting for number five. I can't really say I'm a fan of Yaoi, but the sig is put together really well. I like the light effects around Cloud and Reno and the render is blended well (particularly Reno). I really like the different shades of red in the top right corner too.

#1 gets my vote because of the colour blend and matches and the cool pics. great sigs everyone!

Number 1 caught my eye the most. The colors were awesome for the background and the loveable pics made me number 1 my favorite as soon as I saw it. The others were pretty good ALSO but Ill stick with number 1. vote is number 1.

I really liked the simplicity of number 4. While the others were really good, they had too much going on, and it sort of detracted from the main element. This one didn't.

And I have to say, whoever did number 5 was really brave using the RenoxCloud pairing.

But, I have to go with number 4.

I just love 1. Its kinda the laid back romance and the image is just, not horny, but its a gentle image with some nice colouring and shading. I love that image, its beautiful. And the text is nice and cute in the corner, well done.

4th I rekon. It's simplistic and the background is calm. The colour's used are well suited and the image fades away well. I don't feel the more realistic images can depict this so well as they're not as smooth. Plus I perceive a hug, within the context of the picture, to be more passionate than a kiss.

It was between one and five for me but in the end, I ended up voting for number 5.

While I thought number one was fantastic, I couldn't see the text at all until now >< If the text had been better. It would have gotten my vote.

I thought 5 was vibrant, well blended, and I loved the colors and the text. Out of all the entries, it was the one that stood out the most, so it gets my vote.

I went with #4. Great smudging/blending and text. The colors are a little dull though imo.

I was torn between 1, 2, 4, and 5.

1 is very simple but I love the red tint and overall simplicity of the tag. It really is amazing.

2 is also good. The splatter effect is splended and the right side looks appealing. Composition-wise however, is a bit messy. The stock background doesn't seem to blend well with the right-side...seemed like there was some erasing going on and wasn't really done as properly. Text is spot-on though and I love the border!

4 has very good smudging. Nice use of negative space and the subtle effects are most certainly appealing. The main focal points kinda stuck out too much though amidst the dark theme.

5 is vibrant, which I like. Nice use of lighting and text, although a tad bit hard to read.

So in the end I voted for number 1 due to the how it relates to the theme more. It really does look great and I just cannot stop looking at it. It's sensual and passionate.

Oooh, such a risque theme this week ^^

#6 has nice little effects in it and the dark colours really compliment the people in the image.

#5 has my fave sparkle effects in it. The text and the boiz balance out well in the image and I love the lighter to darker background effect. The only thing I don't like is the actual style of the pic; it's a good pic, but I like my yaoi boiz a tad prettier xD

#4 Was done rather well, however I think there's too much space on either side. But the blurring/smudging effects around the duo is really nice, and the lighting is superb. The only is that it just doesn't really say "passion" to me. More like "comfort", but still a very nice piece.

#3 Haha, I haven't seen the spray effect used in so long, it's refreashing to see it again. The composition is nice, but it's just screaming to get some blending done and such >.<

#2 The border is really kewl here. The text looks great and I love the little red lighting in the sig. The black splatter kind of turns me off because it's covers the duo a whole lot though >.<

#1 the theme is just seems so blatantly apparent in the sig and the light red tint and little brushes just look really nice. It's just so simple but still very nice.

Honestly, I'm going with 5. I love the effects, the colours are great, and I think that it captures the theme well.
