The theme this week is Freedom. Please remember, that while posting isn't necessary in order to count your vote, it is encouraged.

Also, please remember that you CANNOT vote for your own entry, and you will be disqualified from this SOTW, and the next two SOTWs if you do so.

#1 deff caught my eye. A tiger running(about to) is a great example of being free IMO. I liked how the background was blurred so that it focuses on the tiger. I like #4's attitude where the man is cursing because he has the right(free) an' whatnot but, I like #1 better.
Good job to all! Keep it up! =)

It was between 2 and 4, but I went with 4 in the end.

1) Pretty nice and subtle and it does fit the theme, but I think it's lacking some substance that would truly make the tiger look dramatic in a way that screams "freedom". Color-wise, it's nice and quite easy on the eyes. The mixture of earth and skies mixed in together in harmony is something I noticed, which is great to see.

2) Probably the most appealing one out of the bunch in terms of 'beautiful'. The darker colors surrounding the red tone in the middle looks sound and the effects are quite subtle but still definite.

3) It's a good attempt at abstract-style and glow of multiple colors. But I'm looking for something a bit more I suppose.

4) And finally, this. Not only is it good, but the message is quite powerful and depicted in a way that really fits the theme out of the entries, in my opinion. I can tell the artist put a lot of thought into making the piece since you can just pretty much tell by looking at the piece alone and think, "Ah okay, I see where he/she is going with this". That's what I like to see and it's quite rare to find these in entries. The color tones work well, especially on the upper-left. Extremely exquisite and excellent piece altogether. So this gets my vote definitely.

#2 stood out for me. The colours blend in together and I love how the fairy easily represents the selected theme.

We have a late entrant, so if anyone wants to change their vote, post to let me know and I'll edit the poll.

I thought 2 was OK, but the theme isn't very obvious in it. Earthy colours remind me of... well the Earth and fairies are associated with flying around. Using earthy colours makes me think the fairies are grounded so yeah... Lighter colours would have bee more appropriate IMO.

1 conveyed the theme the best IMO, but looks a few layers short of being the whole package.

5 is dubious as well but I would use this tag. I like the colours, text and girl used... I guess the flowing hair could be associated with freedom but I wish the theme was conveyed better. I voted for 5 in the end.

I voted for 5, I liked the whole colour scheme and the lighting, kind of like you were in heaven, maybe freedom from the pain of life??

I also liked 1, I love Tigers and it looked pretty, but more could have been done to it.

My vote goes to number 2. I love the image, text and colours used, very eye catching and I love fairies,

4 gets my vote as well. Definitely a great take on the theme in my opinion. I love the background looks rather haunting, and the 'freedom of speech', was captured really bluntly with the harsh box over the man's mouth.

Censored. Definitely my favourite out of the bunch.

Though I have to say number 1 was a really cool take too.

I voted for #5.

It's so beautiful. I love the gentle colours and the lighting. It really gives off a calm feeling.

Definitely represents the theme well.

Great blending and I really love the font used for 'freedom'.

The touch of red right down the bottom looks gorgeous and overall it's an amazing piece.

Well done to everyone else!

It's a tie this week.

1) Astronema
2) Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks
3) Smiley
4) Ashley Riot
5) Asabella
