The latest issue of Famitsu Weekly did a feature on the reader’s most popular characters and Sora from the Kingdom Hearts series came in 5th! This warranted him the cover of the issue as well as a seven page spread. The article details his role in the series and also contains a small interview with series director and character designer Tetsuya Nomura.


While the article doesn’t contain any updates to the series as a whole, the headline spread across the last two pages reads: “The Keyblade Hero’s journey is not yet over.

Apparently someone called "Olivia" (no, it wasn't me) put up the scans on Heartstation according to a comment. It would have been funny if I put up the scans here! :wacky:

I want to know who else came in the top 5 now. No doubt our best friend Cloud Strife is up there somewhere - if not there has been some cataclysm in Japan beyond our knowledge.

That message about Sora's journey not being over clearly screams Kingdom Hearts III. If Sora is to be the protagonist, it will be a numbered KH, as hinted by Nomura! :gasp:

Seriously, I love Sora so much. He just so adorable, from his character design and especially when it comes to interactions with other characters, along with his own resolve to help his friends - gets me all warm and gooey on the inside :3
 
Sora is deff a good character and i'm glad he was top 5 =D
Not to bad got to be on a cover AND seven pages over him and KH. :wacky: Not too shabby xD
As Kandy said, I would also like to see who came in front on him. His overall design was just awesome IMO so, well fought my man xD
 
Awesomeness. I luff the pictures. I can't wait for KH3. While Roxas is my fav KH character, playing KH isn't the same unless I'm playing as Sora. Sora will always be my classic favorite.

Still I wonder who came in first....
