I'd say the first.

I think it's cosidered any for of rape if you're not aware of what's going on, and the other peron is.

Might just be my opinion, but you just don't do that. =/

Just 'cause someone's a prostitute, doesn't mean they can't have a right to say what happens to their body. =/ At least... That's how I think.
 
I guess it really depends on the person, and if they would've wanted it or not.
 
I don't think I've ever seen rape in a good light. To be honest, I don't see anything wrong with prostitution either. It's not hurting anyone if controlled right, and to say rape is a form of shoplifting as a joke... eh.

I'm not saying I'm politically correct about this.. but damn that's cold.
 
The answer obviously is that it isn't a crime because prostitutes aren't people etc etc
 
No, not shoplifting. Seeing how it's a.. kinda... AGAINST THE FRICKIN' LAW. And if it's against the law it shouldn't exist.

I just saw a show dealing with this kinda thing. Guess what? It's still rape.

Rape isn't a joke. It's a violation against someones body, that most of the time f's up a person's life.

I know you meant it as a joke, but still, you should try to make this the last joke under this kind of category. Some people are sensitive to it.
