Mona Koharu

Mona watched on as a few members of their group formed a team to take down the blob monster, she hacked and slashed at a few of the smaller ones who tried their best to take a bite from her leg or arm but mostly her focus was on them.

Water and electricity flew at the blob hitting it square in the... face, well she thought it may have been it's face, the monster moaned loudly falling to the ground writhing in pain, small surges of electricity could be seen zapping around it's wet body as it laid there. Then, it stopped moving.

"Well looks like Magic is it's weakness." Mona smiled as she walked closer to the monster to examine it.

"I wonder if it's dead?" She thought about prodding it but the electricity seemed to still be surging through it's body, the little monsters had stopped moving too and turned into tiny puddles of black all over the floor where they once stood.

Mona frowned as she looked to the others. "That felt too easy..." and indeed it was as the blob stood back up, slower than usual and it began to shake, then, it split in two, smaller than it was before but still there were two of it.

Mona brought her sword out in front of her and sighed. "This thing just wont give up, perhaps we'll just have to keep hitting at it until there's nothing left?"

Mirage

"Do I look like I need a friend here? I just want to do whatever needs to be done here and get the hell out, if you want to make yourself useful why not give me a hand there?"

Mirage took a step back. This man was not what he expected, he was rude and mean and he dared to give orders to him??

"You are daft." Mirage said coldly, floating away from the man, his red glowing eyes closing slightly as though he was looking at the other through a glare.

"You are not worthy of my friendship. Instead we shall be enemies. I will have you killed. But you are not worth my time... I have more important things to get to than hang around here with a nuance like you"

Mirage snapped his liquidly fingers, a piece of mist flying from them which morphed into a large dog which looked like it had crawled from the pits of hell, it had the same glowing red eyes as Mirage.

He pointed his finger at the man before him and the dog lunged to attack, Mirage just faded off into the distance. This recruitment was a failure but he had confidence that his demonic dog could finish him off.

Floral Forest.

"Hellooooo?"

"Hellooooo!" Came a voice from within the floral forest, mimicking the girls word.

"My, what a nice forest you've created. It's so pretty and full of flora." The voice sounded old but when looking into the forest you couldn't see anyone.

"Perhaps we could take a stroll together? I do enjoy company, specially when it isn't vicious or trying to eat me."

A small shrub near the girl began to rustle and from it popped a white rabbit. It looked ordinary, it had black beady eyes and snow white fur.

"Well....shall we?"
The rabbit said, looking up at the girl with a glint in its eye.

Raijin

"This thing just wont give up, perhaps we'll just have to keep hitting at it until there's nothing left?"

"That is possible. It would be smart to eradicate them now while we have the upper hand." Raijin stated as he got up and readied himself to attack again. Holding nothing in reserve, the machine man rushed in and started to hack at the blobs again, not giving the thing enough time to react.

Remilia
At this point, Remilia was more annoyed than anything else. If there was one thing in the world she couldn’t stand, it would be an enemy that didn’t know how to stay down once it was defeated. “This thing just won’t give up, perhaps we’ll just have to keep hitting at it until there’s nothing left?” Mona had said. Her sigh was somewhat reminiscent of Remilia’s own mood. However, as a plan… it didn’t seem like much.

Thought at the moment, it was the only thing they had to go on. Remilia was sure that massive amounts of lightning mixed in with water would have worked… By all means, it should have. If she had been hit by something like that she wouldn’t have been able to get back up. The robot had gotten back onto the offensive, but now it just looked as if he were attacking randomly with no real sight or direction. Using her abilities over fire, she pulled out her sword and set the steel ablaze.

Well, might as well give it a shot… Remilia thought to herself. A rather large part of her didn’t think it was going to work as she ran in and started swinging her sword away at the blob on the left.

Iris
Iris was enveloped in terror when she saw the blob start moving. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she was even more terrified when it split into two blobs. “N-no… I… I…”, she stammered. Once again, Iris started backing up slowly. She wanted to run, she felt as if she needed to run… but she did have the mechanical man’s weapon. If she ran now, he would be rather mad… and he looked far too busy to be asked to take his heavy gun back.

It was bothering her immensely that she had just done something that shouldn’t have been possible in the slightest… and it didn’t help at all. What was she to do now? She could control water, but she was still usele- She paused for a moment as her legs suddenly stopped shaking. She could control water… it took time to make that ball of water because it was made from the moisture in the air. If they could manage to lure the monster near a large body of water… perhaps she could do much more than get a monster a little wet.

Looking over at the ones that were currently fighting the monster, she asked rather politely. “I do not mean to i-interupt… but can you guys please lure the monster near a large body of water? I… I think I have a plan.”

"I-I'm fine... I think"

As Atalanta helped her up, she heard the large scale explosion of magic caused from Remilla and the robot's attack. Because they were very close to the electric attack, she took the young white haired girl and held her tightly while turning her back from the attack, involuntarily (or maybe not) placing the girl's head against her chest. "I'll protect you." Atalanta said as she held the girl tightly against her until it was over. After that, she quickly headed away from the presumably dead monster. It seemed dead, until it split itself into two creatures, about half their size.

Feeling the blast of force from the magic explosion, Alice was almost thrown back when the giant woman grabbed her and forced her face directly into her bosom. Unable to breathe, much less talk she flailed her arms around as she tried to pull herself out and looked over the woman's shoulder. Seeing two monsters behind her she tried to push them away when instead, ice came out of her hands and froze the two monsters solid. "W-w-w-w-what did I just do?"

Alice looked at her hands as the icy glow began to fade and return to normal, she then looked back at the giant woman "what's going on?"

--------------------------------------------------

"You are not worthy of my friendship. Instead we shall be enemies. I will have you killed. But you are not worth my time... I have more important things to get to than hang around here with a nuance like you"

"Good for you, not that I recall wanting to be worthy of anyone's friendship" Before Ryuto could get anything else out of the man he turned away and summoned a beast before disappearing himself.

"Wow, first you're mean to me and now I have to walk your dog, some people" unsheathing his sword he pointed it at the dog "Okay Fido, lets go for a walk"

Raijin

The robot man leapt backward when the ice froze the two blobs. Turning to see the source of the attack was the giant lady. In her hug, a lady with her hands glowing as Raijin processed the new facts.

"what's going on?"

Raijin walked up to the giant and the girl as he stared coldly at her.

"A fight with our lives at stake. I think we have our new plan. You and the nervous water user are going to spearhead the attack. Everyone, get the blobs into the water. Then this girl and the nervous water using girl here will freeze the waters with the blobs in them and we'll shatter it." Raijin muttered as he saw the blobs melting the
ice. Sheathing his sword, Raijin rushed over to one of the frozen blobs, grabbed it and tossed it into the water.

Salmistra looked around the dark and deserted landscape, completely desolate apart from the corpses of ancient trees. the doorway to this realm from her resting place had dissapeared and so there was nothing to do now but wait until something happened. until then she would have some fun. she practised her fire powers until she was happily and in complete control. she turned and pointed to a tree about ten feet away from her, it burst into flames. She smiled. time for some fun!

"A fight with our lives at stake. I think we have our new plan. You and the nervous water user are going to spearhead the attack. Everyone, get the blobs into the water. Then this girl and the nervous water using girl here will freeze the waters with the blobs in them and we'll shatter it."

Alice scowled darkly at the robot man "I have a name you know, and it's not 'nervous water user!'" climbing up the giant woman so she was almost waist high to her face she continued "my name is Alice!"

After that she calmed down again, somewhat shocked at her own little outburst as she looked over to the lake "I-I'll get right on it..." she then directed her hands in it's direction, hoping the ice would come out again. Once it did she clung to the giant woman's shoulders while looking up at everyone else "What are all of your names anyway?"

Atalanta watched as the White-haired giel slid herself up, now her face was nestled in her bosom while the girl used her ice powers to freeze the two blobs solid.

As much as Atalanta blushed at the thought of her doing that and wanting to fondle her chest, she tried to lift the girl off of her and put her down on her feet.

"what's going on?"

"A fight with our lives at stake. I think we have our new plan. You and the nervous water user are going to spearhead the attack. Everyone, get the blobs into the water. Then this girl and the nervous water using girl here will freeze the waters with the blobs in them and we'll shatter it."

"I have a name you know, and it's not 'nervous water user! My name is Alice! The girl then moved up so she was starting to get around her neck.

"Alright then. Let's do it. Hold on tight, Alice." The Greek Giant said in a happy tone as she stood up, and looked at the other blob that was starting to melt itself. Quickly running forward, Atalanta quickly went to grab it, lifting the creature up in the air before tossing it into the pool of water with the other blob. Now it was up to Iris to do her thing.

"What are all of your names anyway?"

"Me, my name is Atalanta, it's nice to meet you!"

Watching the giant woman now identified as Atalanta throw a blob in the water Alice ran over to freeze the water again before grabbing Atalanta's arm in both of her hands. Somewhat shaken by everything that had happened so fast she hoped it would end soon.

"When will this all be over?" Alice looked around her as the blobs began to get closer to her, clinging tighter to Atalanta's arm "H-Help me!"

OOC: bit small :sad2:

Raijin

Raijin nodded as the other blob was tossed into the pool of water.

"It's all you now." Raijin yelled as he looked at Iris.

"H-Help me!"

Raijin turned to see the same blob that Atalanta threw into the water was out to get Alice. Pulling out his sword, Raijin rushed in and in one fluid movement, past the blob. A few seconds past before Raijin heard the sound of two halves of the blob landing back into the water.

"You asked for my name. I am Raijin." the robot man replied as he walked back in front of Atalanta and Alice and fell into a ready stance.

Remilia and Iris

Remilia wasn’t sure she if she could do what the Raijin was asking… but she had to try. The newer girl, Alice, could also do something very similar to her from the looks of it. Alice had asked them for their names, but they weren’t given time to answer as the blobs were acting up again. The blobs were then thrown in the water by Raijin and the taller woman who had introduced herself as Atalanta. Iris did nothing but watch and wait, while Remilia simply folded her arms at watched.

“It’s all you now,” Raijin said. Iris was suddenly more scared now that she was put up to the spot. Acting quickly, Iris concentrated even harder than before as she started attempting to freeze the water around her. It wasn’t easy, and it had made her so tired that she was no longer able to stand, but she did it. The waters around the blobs were frozen. “I’ll take care of the rest, if you don’t mind.” Remilia said, walking behind Iris… who was now sitting on the ground.

With a wave of her hands, a huge fireball soared from Remilia’s hand and dived straight towards the ice. Right before it hit the ice, the ball of flames exploded with a force so strong that Iris was able to feel the heat upon her face. Ice shattered like glass and flew into the air in millions of pieces.

“We should be done here… are you okay, Iris?” Remilia asked, looking down at Iris. Iris noticed that there wasn’t much emotion in her eyes. It honestly seemed as if she was bored. “Yes… I am fine.” Holding her hand out, Remilia lifted Iris up… but Iris was still quite tired from freezing the water. It showed as she leaned over on Remilia’s shoulder. “You’re going to have to get used to doing things like that. I can’t have you on my shoulder all the time.”

Raijin

One large blast ended the blob permanently as ice bounced off of his metallic body. Raijin nodded as he slashed the air once, twirl the katana around his right hand twice before sheathing it. Walking over to Iris, Raijin nodded at the girl.

"It will always be life or death in the dreamscape. If you can defend yourself, then you can survive in this environment. Now, can I have my gun back?" Raijin asked as he stopped in front of Iris and Remilia.

Remilia and Iris

Iris stared in silence as Raijin spoke. While she could make some sense of what he was saying, she didn’t get how a dream could be real, much less “life or death”. She handed him his gun back and looked around again. Everything appeared to be quite calm. However, even then, all she wanted to do was wake up, go back to sleep, and have a different dream. She looked up at Remilia. “What exactly is the ‘Dreamscape’?”

Remilia looked down at Iris, who was much shorter than her. “I’m not sure, myself. I’ve been coming here for a while… but this is the first time I’ve seen other people here. To be honest, I think I liked it better when it was just me here and mostly quiet.” Iris didn’t know how to respond to that. She wanted to ask why she could see here when she couldn’t see in real life, but she also didn’t want them to think even less of her than they did now.

However, the one thing that Iris was certain about was that she liked being able to see. Even though the things she saw today were rather scary… she would have been much more terrified if she wasn’t able to see the things making such awful noises. Not only that, for the first time in her life she had actual images to go along with the things she could only read about. It was nice… but a part of her knew that when she woke up in the morning, she wouldn’t be able to see.

Everything would go back to normal, and she would be Katyusha again. She no longer knew if she wanted to go home or not. As she thought that, Iris realized that all of them must have a body they were attached to. “So… if you are all here… does this mean you are all sleeping too?” She wasn’t sure if her question would make much sense, but it must have, as Remilia replied. “Yes, I’m sleeping right now. Like we’ve said, this is the Dreamscape. ‘Dream’ being the keyword.”

Leonid Archimedes

Leonid had deliberately distanced himself slightly from the rowdy group. In fact, it was probable that they didn’t even know of his presence, which was probably for the better. He quietly gasped when he snapped back into attention and saw a pair of blobs leaping towards his direction. Impulsively, he conjured them into blocks of ice before smashing the pair immediately afterwards with his sword. It was an inefficient job as some noticeable remains of one of the blobs split into two instantaneously. Leonid simply cursed to himself as he frantically flailed his giant ruler at the amorphous marauders. Damn bastards, he thought to himself, physical might was not going to do much here. Perhaps bringing a corpse back to investigate was not going to be a probable feat either.

"A fight with our lives at stake. I think we have our new plan. You and the nervous water user are going to spearhead the attack. Everyone, get the blobs into the water. Then this girl and the nervous water using girl here will freeze the waters with the blobs in them and we'll shatter it.”

Overhearing this, Leonid simply huffed quietly to himself. Ah indeed, this was indeed an efficient plan to dispose of the creatures, but he needed at least one of them to take back and study. He could not have them all felled at the same time. Besides, the robot – presumably it was the robotic man who uttered those words based on the more monotonous and mechanical kind of voice – and his companions could do what they want. He was doing this his own way.

He could vaguely hear a new female voice. Perhaps a new combatant had entered the fray, Leonid thought to himself as he blasted another blob with an icicle of ice. What a pleasant dream this was turning out to be – why could he never just dream of glory and achievements?
“"What are all of your names anyway?" came the voice of the newcomer who Leonid overheard had revealed herself to be Alice.
"Me, my name is Atalanta, it's nice to meet you!" came a response.
Leonid cared not what the names were of the combatants. The last thing he wanted to do now was to reply to Alice and alert the others of his presence. He had come to investigate just what these amorphous creatures were and to socialise with fellow combatants was a prospect that he was reluctant to allow to cross his mind. Another burst of ice slammed into several blobs nearby and they noisily hurtled into the water.

Damn, this was taking a lot of me, Leonid bitterly muttered to himself as he hurtled several icicles at some blobs, though subsequently missing completely. Sure, magic was efficient and it could do good levels of damage before a final taste of steel, but it was potentially far more strenuous than waves of physical attacks. Leonid was alerted by the force of flames and the shattering of ice shards. He noticed what the other combatants had done. Not too shabby at all, but he still had no interest in communicating with them. He froze another blob by his feet and proceeded to pick up the frozen amorphous entity, but it hastily slipped out of his hands straight into the nearby water. Hissing, Leonid attempted to catch his prize again when he foot slammed against a small rock and he hurtled into the water himself, sword first. As he fell in, rogue ice shards that were flying through the air struck him in the face with the force of javelins.
“SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!”

Raijin

“SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!”

Raijin turned tot he source of the sound and saw a man there. He took his gun, walked over to the rippling form of the man who slipped over at the water's edge, and pointed his gun at the man's head. He cocked the gun loudly so the man would know that he was ready to fire if the man gave him a reason to kill.

"Up on your feet. Hands on your head. Turn around and face me. Tell me what you were planning to do diving into the water. " Raijin muttered as he eyed the man coldly. It was a bit too convientent that a person would try and dive into a pool of water with the pieces of the blob. In his mind, only two reasons presented itself. Either he did not know what happened, or he was retrieving the pieces of the blob with the possibility of reviving it.

OOC: Fluer ya ninja'd me.

The searing pain of the shards that razed his face intensified further as the injuries made contact with the water. The intense sting caused his head to spin briefly and the next he knew as he looked up, was the robotic man standing above him, his gun brandished and pointing towards him.

Oh, bloody crap.

The loud cocking of the gun was enough to make him forget about the searing pain and the gashes on his face as he was fixated on the very barrel of the man’s gun. He was seriously not intending to blast his face off, was he?
"Up on your feet. Hands on your head. Turn around and face me. Tell me what you were planning to do diving into the water,” said the man coldly, his icy glare so chilling that Leonid wished he was staring into the “face” of another blob again. His head was already swimming with the pain of his gashes and from the icy water he had fallen into. It took him a very brief while to process into his head what the intimidating robot man was saying. What on earth was this guy doing, pointing a firearm to his head? What on earth was he suspected of doing now? He was collaborating (albeit quietly) with the others in disposing the blobs! What was with the hostility?
“I didn’t dive in,” Leonid huffed haughtily, bewildered as to why the man had thought that, “I just fell in. Why? Is there something taboo about being in the water?”

[OOC: Short post for once. :yay:]

Raijin

“I didn’t dive in. I just fell in. Why? Is there something taboo about being in the water?”

Raijin fired a warning shot just above the drench man that said, 'Stop talking or the next one will find it's mark.'

"Now. Jumping into water is not a taboo. The only problem with that is this circumstance. We fought of a blob without you in sight. After the fighting is all done, we all hear a splash and find you in the water. You are a smart guy, what would you think people will say? You can either be trying to revive the blob, just appeared at the wrong time, or fought the blob off in the background. Which one of the three is your answer?" Raijin asked re-cocking his gun.

Remilia and Iris

Iris wasn’t quite sure what was going on. But there was a man that had jumped, or fell, from what he was saying into the water. Raijin, once again getting on top of things, had reacted… like Raijin. However, that didn’t stop Iris from jumping about ten feet in the air from his gunshot. The sound was scary… much like the monsters. “R-Raijin… there is no need to be like that. You do not have to point your gun at him… o-or speak to him that way.” There really was no need for it. After all, even if he the man meant harm, he was outnumbered... by a lot.

Remilia, going against her convictions had to agree. “Yes, there really isn’t a point for that, Raijin. It’s all of us against all of him.” She noticed as she said that how hypocritical it seemed. “I know I said not to be so trusting earlier, but this is just one man against us all. You don’t have to be so jumpy. Perhaps they saw the fight from the distance and simply didn’t wish to get involved.” Looking at the man she added on, “besides, he has no incentive to trust us as we don’t have one to trust him. However, if you were pointing a gun at me, I would find a reason for you to be jumpy rather quickly. Put your gun down and get a grip.”

Leonid Archimedes

Christ, this guy certainly meant business. The very burst of the warning shot was enough to force Leonid’s heart to skip a beat or two. Still, he had to keep his cool. He had no intention of being mauled by a heap of bullets from a robotic man anytime soon. Whether this man was being methodical with this hostile reaction towards his presence or simply just being unnecessary suspicious was not clear to him, but his thoughts simply rested on staying unscathed at this very moment in time. Leonid’s glasses were drenched, though he was able to get a clear shot of the man’s face despite the water clouding his vision, but not a clear enough view of the others with him. One of the girls he noticed had positively jumped after that warning shot.

"Now. Jumping into water is not a taboo,” said the man, “the only problem with that is this circumstance. We fought off a blob without you in sight. After the fighting is all done, we all hear a splash and find you in the water. You are a smart guy, what would you think people will say? You can either be trying to revive the blob, just appeared at the wrong time, or fought the blob off in the background. Which one of the three is your answer?"
Leonid breathed a slight sigh of relief. Phew, perhaps this robot man was not just some unreasonable machine then. As soon as he considered that prospect however, the man had cocked his gun again and Leonid could do nothing but stare, fixated and wholly anxious down its barrel again. Instantly forgetting what had just crossed his mind, his hand started shaking uncontrollably. Jesus, was this guy some kind of executioner in some other dream or something?
“R-Raijin… there is no need to be like that. You do not have to point your gun at him… o-or speak to him that way,” came the voice of the same girl who had jumped about ten feet into the air after the violent warning shot. Leonid was relieved to hear that. If the others behaved just like the robotic man, then he’d have sincerely wished that he’d have stayed as far away as possible. What was it with trouble gatecrashing the party whenever there was company around him? This proved one thing that Leonid was an adamant believer of: company was merely trouble. Things would be far simpler if he were simply alone.

“Yes, there really isn’t a point for that, Raijin,” added another female voice, this time from the woman who was next to the girl who had jumped, “It’s all of us against all of him.” She noticed as she said that how hypocritical it seemed. “I know I said not to be so trusting earlier, but this is just one man against us all. You don’t have to be so jumpy. Perhaps they saw the fight from the distance and simply didn’t wish to get involved. Besides, he has no incentive to trust us as we don’t have one to trust him. However, if you were pointing a gun at me, I would find a reason for you to be jumpy rather quickly. Put your gun down and get a grip.”
For some reason, the ludicrous idea of his lonesome self confronting an entire group of youths that included a giant woman and a robotic man that looked capable of murdering him in seconds amused him greatly. Yeah right, Leonid thought to himself, as if he was in any way capable of surviving a fight against this lot, but he would love to prove an example to the very person holding a gun at him. The girl was right though; this was certainly not leaving in him a very positive impression of this band of strangers, though not like he ever intended to befriend them anyway. The only thing he wanted now was to get the hell out of here and away from these people. He considered adding something in his own defence:
“I can assure you uhh,” Leonid momentarily struggled to find the ideal way to address the robotic man. A name would perhaps have helped, “I’ve a perfectly harmless reason in being here. I have no clue what the hell these blobs are, which was why I came along while you lot were fighting. I just wanted to take one of them away and study them. I mean no harm, no need to threaten to plant some bullets in my head!”

While he was speaking however, his spectacles had slipped down his nose. His quavering hand attempted to straighten them, but instead it knocked the glasses cleanly off his face and into the water.
“Oh, shit…” hissed Leonid, though his myopic eyes were still fixated on the now blurry gun barrel and the blurry chassis of the robotic man’s body. Could this day – despite it being a dream obviously – get any worse?
