Resident Evil....The Umbrella Rebirth -sign ups and discussions- [RE5 SPOILERS ALERT]

ok were now at biohazard level 1, so during this part, as confusion spreads more and more will become T-Virus infected until level 2, at level 2 things will start to heat up, level 3 is when chaos begins to erupt, level 4 wont be long after level 3, and total infection will take some time, but never-the-less Racoon city will be a ruiness hell hole once again.

since I wont always be here to trigger the next biohazard level, Marcus and Redfox both have the power to esculate the bio-hazard level as they see fit (there must be at least 1-2 pages of posting between each bio-hazard level hower, and at least 3 more before biohazard level 5 is reached)

Congrats, I hope in the end, we get to blow the city up again. (Hopefully without any nuclear fallout this time.)
 
there wont be a nuclear fallout this time, I have other plans for the city :P

The inactivity of some is being a large cause for concern, I'm aware of Mandi and Vikk's reasons, but some of the others either need to let me know what is going on, or I may be forced to either:

A: Kill there characters off
B: Offer there characters to another RP'er

I'm not intending to let this RP just sit and rot like many others have in the past, its taken months of thinking this one out so I refuse to just let it go quietly into the night because of un-informed inactivities and the such.....come on people talk to me let me know whats going on!

umm, i was thinking more along the lines of taking control of Chris from Ragnarok as he is cannoning two characters, and it would make it easier for him to play as Sheva alone, with somebody else controlling Chris
 
The main reason he is controlling both Sheva and Chris is due to them mostly being together all the time, we have discussed a lot of plans and plot over msn so im definatley certain he is happy controlling them both, so unfortunatley Chris and Sheva are both unavailible.
 
I was thinking, can I make an Umbrella scientist tomorrow? A Hojoesque kind of person.

sure, there were other STARS teams other than alpha and bravo, I believe there were several un-named members in Delta and Charlie that worked in projects outside racoon city at the time of the the original disaster :)

also im cool with that ante, as long as the character fits, ill let em in :)

1x Sheath [(basically this)knife, grenade, and herb sprays]


Backstory: Stephen was origonally a mamber of the S.T.A.R.S team that infiltrated the racoon city during the last Biohazard incident, he left the city alive, and lived his life until he heard of racoon city being re-populated and moved there. he felt that something was 'off' and wanted to be there incase something happened.

Stephen wanted to be close to racoon city as in the first biohazard incident Stephen was forced to kill his long term girlfriend and their son of only 2 years old as they became infected.
 
Accepted one question though, is the beretta that hes carrying the Samurai Edge custom STARS model, or a normal beretta m9, as all old STARS members were issued with the custom model :)
 
it is a regular Beretta, (the one in the image) he didn't like the beretta he was issued so he uses his own.

also, could i have a summary of what has happened so far? to save me time having to read through all of the pages that have been posted so far. . .Please???????
 
sure thing, so far we are at stage 1 of the bio-hazard outbreak, MR A the secretive head of new umbrella has released the T-Virus into the city, via infected dogs, rats and water supply poisioning, some of the dogs are also infected with G-Virus parasites.

Claire and Leon have arrived at the city limits and are in disscusion, Sheva has been captured at RPD and is being interogated by the bird masked woman, Chris had a run-in with the Nemesis and is currently making his escape with assistance from a new STARS officer, Rebecca got left behind at the initial bank job, but noticed Chris going into RPD and is now searching for him, also Hunk has been given his task of slowing down Claire and Leon by all means neccessary and MR A is at the mansion, up to no good as always :)
 
Fair enough, i shall start my RE carreer from my house then, how long ago did the virus get released?
 
The Virus was released shortly after 1AM, its now at stage 1 (first zombie has arisen) and coming close to stage 2 (10 or more infected) so its around 3AM
 
ok since things are taking a while to move along, increasing the biohazard level to 2 (10+ T-virus infected) biohazard level 3 (100+ T-Virus infected) will occur after a planned situation at city hall!
