some of the stars are working for or being controlled Mr A right?
yep some the STARS members currently are under control of MR A, as explained in the letter, most have the p-90 progenitor virus plate injection system fitted to there back, so those that are wearing it have had it activated and are under MR A's control
Also the situation that was to occur at city hall was between the Bird Masked lady and character Chris Redfield, however, I'll arrange for some "company" for you all at city hall so the situation is uninterupted....

i love the witches actually. They're pretty cool. Are you going to introduce new types of zombies, or just the old ones?
there are going to be several strange and wonderful creations that MR A has made for you to play with, but they wont start appearing until the biohazard has reached stage 4 ^^ also one of the final battles (myself redfox and ragnarok have discussed about this) will be nothing short of....insane xD

The Umbrella Rebirth will be part 1 of a 3 part RP series!
you heard me correctly, new racoon city will be just the beginning as I have already began to work on ideas, situations and scenarios for part 2 and part 3 of the series!
and for the grand unveiling of the title of part 2 as well as the location ^^
Part 2 title: Resident Evil: The Birth of Darkness
Location: Manchester England
I'm currently brain-storming and working on several idea's for Part 2 ( I know part 1 is relatively young) so those active in the Umbrella Rebirth will be good to go almost right away when Part 2 begins....there will be a 1 week pause between the end of part 1 and 2 to allow new characters to sign up (same with part 2 to part 3)
If you have any ideas or suggestions of what you would like to happen in part 2 and 3, or have an idea for a location for part 3 (part 3 will be the closing finale so the location will be paramount to the ending) then dont hesistate to throw your idea's around ^^
atm the main goal is the part 1 however, but part 2 will come....so the horror is far from over ^^

Yea...i was thinking that we should take it to a really compacted place, like Hong Kong maybe? High rise amongst high rise throughout the whole place. We can have rooftop chases XD!

Tokyo and hong kong both sounds like great ideas, the scenery would be amazing and the population size gives for plenty of Zombies for us to kill. and i want to drive a car off the top of one building and crash it into the side of another,

I know im on a lot of people's cases lately, and I appologise for that, as you can tell I'm highly enthusiastic about this RP, and have worked on it for a long time prior to its birth so as I said before I'm not ready to let it fade away....
Therefore I need people that are going to be inactive to post here (like Juss has) and let me know whats going on, with a possible ETA on your return to posting....
There are several reasons for this:
1: There are other characters in the RP that are getting loop caught and cannot post until someone else posts, if that person is inactive, it effectively takes out 2 or more characters from the RP...which is not fun for those that are still active.
2: Certain progress requires active posting, I'm aware issues in RL do arise and we cannot be all as active as we wish to be due to duties elsewhere, but even a single paragraph would suffice to let us know the characters that are involved in the progress are moving forward...
3: Too much inactivity = RP death, when there is a chain of inactivities coupled with character looping, an RP usually dies off, I'm not fond of seeing any RP dying, especially when someone has worked hard on it (Paines Suikoden is a good instance, and I intend to be as active as I can once I make my initial post, just waiting for the right opening) so, lets try to dodge that bullet and see RP's through to there end as they are intended ^^
once again, I appologise for being a pain in the ass, and getting on everyone's case again but I know people are enjoying this RP and it would be a shame for it to die off due to lack of activity and communication....
