Alright,

So Jeff (Pockets) asked me how to change the Mood in your own profile, so I went ahead and explained him, he said he saw the colours you could pick from, but when he clicked them, nothing happened.

I tried it for him, and it does work for me, however... The damn thing won't leave now, hitting the Cancel button only makes it so you log out of the Moodlet panel, and having a mood by my name is pissing me off, because I don't like how they look at all. 8(

So can someone please fix the 'Can't add' & 'Can't remove' problems???

What she said :( I want to be part of the cool kids with a mood and such, like now it would be set to something like this: :sad2:

but if there is a fix it will be like this :pockets:

I click the pencil(?) thing and I get a list of colors. I select a color and it does jack, so I double click. Nadda. So I double click all the other colors one at a time and still zip. I'm still stuck at this point. It's been like this for a while, I simply assumed I was doing something wrong. Halp? :sad3:

I don't particularly care for the moodlets. I was going to try changing mine once out of curiosity but I got to the color selection part and the drop downs with the actual emotions never popped up. I can pick a color but it doesn't go any farther than that.

But, thats fine. It doesn't bother me. I just don't understand how everyone else can change theirs and a select few are having issues with it.

I noticed this(annoying) problem, too. I changed it once just to see what it looks like and I was never able to turn mine off. And yes, it's bothersome. :ahmed:

I already asked how to remove it in the Help thread but was ignored. So I'd like to figure this out as well.

They're quite ugly. The red looks like a barfy orange. :hmph:

Tell me about it :hmph: all the colors are whack, if you ask me >.< They're too big too.

Not too many options for it in the Admin UI. I'll have to defer to the tech fellas. Only thing I can do is turn it on and off for everyone and set the default mood.

Jeff I wanted to see what would happen if I picked one for you due to the bug you reported.. so I'll see if I can get yours removed as well.

I don't think there's a way to remove it, guys. =/ Already looked into it but there's no option for this. I can let Belazor know just in case though.

Edit: Shu'd.

...Seriously? =/

Well yes, I'd prefer you just reset it then, Tyler. 'Cause not being able to get rid of your mood is annoying, specially seeing I did it just to see if it worked for me. I don't want it to be ignored like Ariana said...

So, thanks. I hope they'll know soon enough, Mits. =/

Wait, what does "setting it to the default mood" mean? I want the "-----" in the mood's place again. :hmmm: If that's what you mean could you please do that :sad3:

Also

Belazor DragonByte Tech :mokken:

Well since we have the ability to turn on and off the features, if the overall community does not like the Moods, we can go ahead and poll for it if removal needs to occur and keep the status updates. Dragonbyte fellas did an excellent job with the ability for plug and play features.

So of course there are some we just turned on right off the bat just to get an overall feel from the community. Though if we do poll for it, I ask that you use an unbiased approach.

We have no reset feature.

We have an option for "default" mood which is already set to "----". Meaning if you already set yours, you are screwed for now.

I'm going to see if I can turn off the moods on an individual level.

.... :ffs:

That's just great. :sad3:

There's no way to do this, just set it to something indifferent if you're really really bothered by a small piece of graphic under your username.

Lol, 'small piece of graphic'.

Yes, it is very annoying to those who just don't want the mood there. It's great to have on the forum and all, but I'm one of those people who absolutely don't care for the moodlets.

To be honest, it's kinda weird there's just 'no way' of fixing it, as it IS just a piece of graphic. =/

Personally I've no problems with it.

It works fine for me, and I think it looks reasonable.

Maybe it's because I use Firefox? Or I don't know but mine always changes easily.

Anyway, I did prefer the older ones more. Maybe we could go back to those?

It's not about how they look, that doesn't bother me at all. It's just the fact that you can't remove them. It makes no sense that you can set a mood, but not remove it.
